Farewell Yuko

It's been a long drawn out goodbye, with a semi-final theatre show, the first farewell concert, two Yuko festivals, then finally the rescheduled farewell concert and final theatre show...

However, for AKB48, it's not over until you remove your photo from the theatre wall...

For me, it's been a long journey with Yuko. She was the first idol I ever followed when I initially got into AKB. I used to read her blog every day when I knew nothing about the group. As I learnt more Mayu took over as she's my perfect idol type, but Yuko remained important to me, and always in my very top faves. I even went to Japan to try and see Yuko's final concert - but... that got cancelled due to the weather. So, I'm about to go don my Yuko Graduation t-shirt and watch her final theatre show LOD. Farewell Yuko, thanks for being the most awesome member of AKB48, you've made it something no-one else could. Thanks for all the great memories and good luck for the future!
