Since Mariko-sama announced her graduation during the 32nd single senbatsu election, this means that when she graduates, the captaincy in Team A will be vacant. Who do you think will take over the role? Also, since the team is currently named "Shinoda Team A", it might be named after the next captain as well, giving this more weight. In the poll I've listed all Team A members apart from the concurrent positions (and Nakatsuka Tomomi, who is also graduating soon...)

Team A is rather young and I put my vote to Mayuyu but wouldn't be surprised it be Yokoyama
Doubt they would put Takahashi back into captaincy of Team A because she is in a bigger role (interim yes, permanent no) :nervous

Voted for Yui but would not be surprised if it's Mayu or even Takamina again.

Yokoyama Team A sounds great for me...so I'll go for my Yui-hime... :onioncheer:
but who knows if AkiP had smoke some weird weed that made him decided to put more burden on Takamina :on lol:

I'll say Yuihan too.
We can all agree Yui is talented, hard-working, entertaining and popular with fans too.
Yuihan and Nao are the only 2 members in AKB where I can honestly say I loved at first sight. :heart: I guess its cos they both have a classic 'young japanese beauty' look. So I'm totally biased, I'd support Yuihan for Prime Minister of Japan. :lol:
Only thing is she's still kinda new in the main group, just a step earlier than the Team 4'ers. And hasn't been put into a senior/group-leading position much. But I think she'd pick it up quick, with Takamina sharing the effort.
If it's solidity, I guess Kikuchi Ayaka would be the best choice. The original Comeback. Getting fired and re-starting as a KKS, and still standing strong. Talking about reborn.
Too bad her popularity has regularly dropped through the years.
But hey. They're treating Sasshi great, why not give Kikuchi a chance too. Also, evil plan to have all 3 teams with early Team K'ers ruling. Mwahahaha... :)
Sakiko would be next, but I don't think she's as all-round a member.
Enlisting Mayuyu would definitely create a lot of big grins. And I actually think she'd do a fine job.
But I personally like aces to charge into battle while leaders keep the group dynamics running smoothly. So I'd rather they be 2 people handling the forefront and background.

The most ideal scenario would be having Takamina back as team A captain/unofficial leader of PJ48 and drop that stupid GM title completely as I don't see it giving her any benefits apart from shouldering more burdens and I don't like her being mingled with staff/management stuffs too much, she's a member and should remain a member till she graduates, she herself isn't too fond of being treated as a staff more than a member either. But if not, then Yuihan is definitely my next choice.

Takamina was Captain before right? They wouldn't let her be captain again..
I'm hoping Yuihan but if Mayu becoming captain is totally predictable.
