Fox is spending an inordinate amount of time on a missed catcher interference call against the Angels.  Finley, instead of busting tail down to first, left his mind at home plate and failed to beat out a double play ball, costing his team a run in the 2nd inning.

I dunno...  yeah they woulda had bases juiced with only one out but damn it I'm tired of the whining from the Angels of Orange County or whatever they're called this week.

I missed the Houston-St. Louis game but caught most of Chicago-Anaheim, won by a White Sox team that just dominated on all levels.  Chicago's starting pitching is remarkably deep -- who ever heard of three straight complete games in the post-season?!  That hasn't happened for a generation or two.

I'm glad Rocket Roger got some runs in his start.  I guess I'll have to wait for the highlights on ESPN.

I saw a bit of the Astros-Cards. Matt Morris was struggling struggling.

Even though I caught like half an hour of the late game...what the hell happened. AJ Perzynski like touched Finley? I gotta see the super slow replay. Then AJ gets the moon shot, damn the former Edmonton Trapper is making a name for himself

And Cabrerra just fell apart in the middle of the 4th or 5th. Cost another couple of runs. Shields threw out the base runner and they missed that too. Angels better get above those calls if they have any remote chance of getting back in this series.

White Sox in the Series for the first time since 1959!

It's been so long since we've seen such dominance in the post-season.  Also note that Chicago manager Ozzie Guillen used only five pitchers total in the series and ten position players!  Konerko gets the series MVP trophy and the White Sox retain home field advantage for the World Series.

Even Barbara thought they were gonna win it when they went up 4-2.

Pujols said it was a slider:

The thrill of victory, and the agony of defeat:

I read that Houston is now 0-5 in pennant clinching games.  OUCH!

Houston was one of the first MLB expansion teams in '62, along with the Mets, Angels and new Washington Senators (now the Texas Rangers).  Now it's only George W's old team that has yet to make it to the Series.

Congrats to the Astros and the Houston fans who had quite a gut punch to endure on Monday.  I sure hope they give the White Sox a great battle!

OMG feel sorry for the guy who gets a face full of Luke Scott's nuts XD XD

Complete highlights of the final out:
http://files.filefront.com/Final_Outwmv/;4268857;;/fileinfo.html

Poor Cards. And sad to see the end of the great Canadian Larry Walker's career. Check out these stats: 2160 hits, 383 HR, 1311 RBI and career avg of .313!

The product of Maple Ridge, BC was the 1997 NL MVP and made us all proud up North. :canada:

Great pitching matchups on boths sides (wait till Freddie Garcia steps up)...I'm a have to go with White Sox on this one. I own a T-shirt from 10 years ago when I was a Frank Thomas fan. ROFL!

Besides. Ozzie Guillen is a crazy SOB and why not. White Sox haven't won since 1917 :halo:

WORD! :D

Joe Buck sucks PERIOD LMFAO. But yep. Enough of the dugout interviews. FOX and their EXXXTREEMEE closeups of baseball players is enough to lose my steak and veggies. Remember the torture we endured when the Giants were in the World Series? Two words. Benito Santiago.

I have it on mute, and my radio tuned to ESPN's Jon Miller and Joe Morgan!!
