Even though that tiny point below the bottom horn is sorta cool, it severely limits the amount of cases it will fit in

Aw well, they all come with a case anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem. I just hope they take this into considering when they release a budget model without a case...

I visited a Versailles concert recently and it was really nice. The band has a great performance and looks good on stage! The audience was crazy! I think I've never seen so many fangirls on one place. I was afraid that they will faint soon because the location was small and there were so many people inside it! But in overall In enjoyed it a lot!

^Yeah, somehow they tend to pick the worst location to perform overseas. The venue here was more like an attic. It was so small and it didn't even have a proper stage.

I have to admit I'm quite disappointed with these contents.
- First of all, their first proper concert DVD was 140 minutes and contained pretty much all their songs.
- Secondly, 40% of this DVD was already released as a bonus for Philia! I.e.: "Rosen Schwert," "RINCESS -Revival of church-," "Catharsis," "Reminiscence," "desert apple," "Aristocrat's Symphony," and "Sympathia."
- Finally, I'm bored with these songs. I'd much rather have a live performances of songs from the Holy Grail album. The performance on this DVD is already a year old.

They are selling these new Hizaki photo sets:

I like Hizaki and all, but I can do without seeing his legs.

edit: man, it really is the exact same footage as on the bonus DVD from the single. This sucks. In fact, even this Destiny performance has been released in HD aaaages ago! What a disappointing release, especially at this price.

New single "Rose" will release on 12-06-20!

It releases as an Anniversary Box [w/ DVD, Limited Edition] for a whopping 5290 yen.

Single release from Versailles for the first time in about a year and three months. This edition is packaged in a deluxe serial-numbered box. Comes with a bonus DVD with band's history footage and live footage from the "Holy Grail -Grand Final-" concert held at Shibuya Public Hall in February 2012 in which they performed songs "MASQUERADE," "Judicial Noir," "Thanatos," "DRY ICE SCREAM!! (Remove Silence)," "Flowery," "Vampire," and "Remember Forever."

Can this day get any worse.

Truly a unique band with five amazing musicians with an eye for showmanship. I can proudly say they are my favorite band.

The Holy Grail wasn't as great as the older stuff, even though the last two singles were great again.
A part of me can take comfort in the fact that they quit while they are peaking and didn't fall into obscurity with bad music.

I'll be looking forward to their new projects.

More of the same. Not bad, but not really catchy either.
I guess their creativity really is a bit drained after five years full of song writing.
Even so, auto-pilot Versailles is still better than 95% of that else is out there lol.
