THE ANGERME, DOCKED IN NAVAL STATION YOKOSUKA
[The Carrier's ceremonial ship's bell rung 4 times, announcing the incoming arrival of 3 senior flag officers. The voice of Ensign Wakana Matsumoto, the Officer of the deck on duty, curtly announced the dignitaries waiting to board the ship over the PA system]
WAKANA: Admiral, 5th Fleet, Arriving....Admiral, Special Warfare, Arriving....Admiral, Naval Research, Arriving.
ADMIRAL MIYAZAKI YUKA: 5 Days...5 Days.. What do you think happened to them, Uemu?
REAR-ADMIRAL UEMURA AKARI: [shrugging] I wished I knew....
YUKA: [casts a suspicious sideways glance at RADM Miyamoto] Karin?
REAR-ADMIRAL MIYAMOTO KARIN: [pointing her finger back at herself] Me...?
YUKA: Yes, Karin...why do I have a feeling you somehow know what's going on...
KARIN: Well, I did have a theory...but other than that, I dunno for certain..
[CAPTAIN KAMIKOKURYO and CAPTAIN DANBARA then approach the gangway from the superstructure on the flight deck]
MOE [saluting]: Sorry to keep you waiting, Admiral! The Angerme and Team Juice are ready for your inspection.
YUKA: Thank you, Captain.
[YUKA, AKARI and KARIN returned the salutes of the 2 senior officers of Angerme and Juice. As all of the Flag Officers embarked on board, each passing by Ruru]
YUKA: Ruru, What the heck is going on?..An entire special forces unit just vanished off the surface of the earth? what kind of Navy is this?
RURU [still saluting]: It's a long story, Admiral. I will make sure you will have all the details in our debrief.
[As the senior officers retired into the nearby conference room, Rei and Moe then turned towards Ruru]
MOE: What are you gonna tell them, Ruru?
RURU: The truth, I guess, that Juice have inadvertantly crossed over to a parallel universe, for 5 days...
REI: I sure hope the fact that all 3 admirals are our OGs means they will be easier on you during the debrief, Ru-chan.
RURU: Well, Rei...one thing's for sure....it is DEFINITELY one heck of a story....
[Ruru showed a few photos which she had held in her hand, to Moe. Their crossing over was no freak of nature. It was a fate that brought them, particularly Riai, close to a new member thats so beloved to them now, and that is a miracle they are grateful to have]

Uemura Akari is no exception. Like a force of nature, the future designated Rear Admiral for Special Warfare, who have decided to take a backseat from active duty, she was always pushing all the members from behind, but the amazing thing was that the members were never pressured to up their skill for the sake of not falling behind, very often collaborating with each other even when they are off the clock. From Warrant Officer Irie to Sergeant Endo, the dramatic improvements to their special forces abilities took place out of their internal desire to belong to this Special Forces team, and by extension, their unflinching loyalty to their Seniors and Commanders.
Still, we have many such evidence Akari always did this gently. She is an amazing motivator, besides being a naturally charismatic captain:

Japanese / Who are the NEW Top Japanese Gravure Models?
« Last post by ZeroNow on February 09, 2024, 06:29:37 AM »Things have changed in the last few years and my Top 5 from... then was - 1)Teramoto Rio (doing TV) 2)RaMU (Still around here and there) 3)Moemi Katayama (pretty much mostly retired) 4) Miru Shiroma (Had a great year) 5) Baba Fumika (on to Pro Model work) is hardly a Top 5 at all anymore!
So...BESIDES my own favorites, who are the Top Japanese Gravure Models? Based on my Reddit page, these are who I see the most:
1. Hina Kikuchi (菊地姫奈) - Most popular and probably #2 on my personal favorites.
2. Yuno Ohara ( 大原優乃 ) - Unlike Teramoto Rio, Yuno has continued to do these photo shoots AND TV. Thank you, baby! Probably my favorite, regular working model.
3. Aika Sawaguchi (沢口愛華) - Seems to have slowed a bit, but still a SUPER popular and TOP model.
4. Umi Shinonome (東雲うみ) - Not as high profile as the top two, but she has a MAJOR following and gets regular work. That booty is to die for!
5. Hongo Yuzuha (本郷柚巴) - Building an outstanding following.
6. Enako (えなこ) - Was once one of the Top models... bordering now on over exposure. Is that possible? So many pictorials it's hard to do anything new...
7. Miru Shiroma (白間美瑠) - Had a great 2023 and then kind of disappeared... hoping for a big comeback!
8. Amau Kisumi (天羽希純) - Been around longer than I think, but still working it and building a following.
9. Toomi aka Tomi (十味) - Has a rabid following. Very specific look, beyond just the 'young' thing...
10. Sakurako Okubo (大久保 桜子) - Under rated. Does some great work still.
Experienced and still doing the job:
1. Ai Shinozaki (篠崎愛) - Anytime she wants to burst on the scene, she does and it gets results. Great fan following.
2. Jun Amaki (天木じゅん) - She is as close to naked as can be... still has a huge following to go with her huge...
3. Nagi Nemoto (根本凪) - How long until she straight out goes nude? Getting as close as possible and I'm not complaining...
4. Marina Nagasawa (長澤茉里奈) - Same as Nagi Nemoto, getting to the point where... it's skin to win... still looks like she's very young!
5. RaMu (ラム) - Still doing it here and there. Has other interests I guess...
6. Hikaru Aoyama (青山ひかる) - Getting to that point - still popular but using the hand bra to almost...
7. Nashiko Momotsuki (桃月なしこ) - Over exposure (as in TOO many layouts) may be hurting her...
