Title: Megatron Apprehended in Australia
Post by: Aioros on May 15, 2007, 04:54:52 AM
A new collectable toy which transforms into a replica weapon has been seized by Customs in Sydney because it can be mistaken for a real weapon.

Australian Customs seized more than 50 MP-05 Masterpiece Megatron Transformers while inspecting international mail packages at Australia Post's Sydney Gateway Facility at Clyde over the past four weeks. (http://news.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=266557)

What they don't mention is that the Megatron, when in robot mode, is in the same scale as the Masterpiece Optimus Prime figure. IE, HUGE (about 12 inches tall).

When Megs is in his gun form, it's a GIANT Walther P-38.
