My picks, in order of want:
1. Yokoyama Yui - Mostly due to her looks. :lol: She looks like an awesome mix of Takajyo Aki and Uchida Mayumi. I think she'd fit in well with Team K.
2. Sano Yuriko - I remember seeing this girl a long time ago when she was brand spanking new in one of the Kenkyuusei stage shows. She looked absolutely terrified of being on stage but still gave it her best and she got some major points for that. I haven't seen how she is doing recently, but I'm willing to bet she's improved. I'm not sure which team I'd prefer her in at this point. It's hard to gauge with not seeing A or B yet. She looks like a B girl to me, though.
3. Mori Anna - I kinda don't know the rest much at all, but this girl is cute and has done well on that Ariyoshi AKB show.
Honestly, though, this is the least interesting bunch of kenkyuusei yet. :nervous I hardly know the rest at all.

I honestly don't know all that much about the current kenkyuusei aside from what I've seen on Ariyoshi AKB Kyowakoku, so I'm choosing based on that alone. I'm kind of scared of getting too attached to kenkyuusei and so I haven't watched a kenkyuusei stage show without Suuchan in it yet.
Mori Anna
She's really cute and I'm really shallow. I really liked her on this week's episode. She has really nice, uh, shoulders. I think she just seems like the type of girl who would fit in pretty well with the current members. I would say that she's my favourite out of this batch of kenkyuusei.
Shimada Haruka
Something about her reminds me of Harugon, a member I already like a lot. I can't quite place my finger on what it is. She doesn't look all that much like her, but there's just something about her. She strikes me as the type of girl who would provide comedy relief. I don't know how scripted it was, but she was the first of the girls to put a stocking on her face this week, so maybe I'm right.
Yokoyama Yui
I could only pick three girls in this poll and opted for Yui over Takeuchi Miyu, who would have been my other choice. I honestly didn't even pay much attention to this girl before this week but I pretty much liked her instantly. She's cute but she doesn't really stand out all that much aside from that. She's likeable though. My main reason for picking Miyu would have been her distinctive nose and not much else.

01. Ishiguro Atsuki - When I first saw her, I knew she was going to be popular because she looks like your typical idol, and she looks like Myao. XD Plus she's my favorite Kenkyuusei. :3 She's a really great performer, too.
02. Fujimoto Sara - A lot of people don't seem to like her and she's probably one of the least popular AKB members, but damnit, I like her anyway. Plus I feel so bad for her because she joined the Kenkyuusei a while back, got cut, and now with the upcoming 10th gen, I'm really worried that she's going to get cut again. D:
03. Takamatsu Eri - No particular reason. I just think she's funny and cute.
This is completely biased, too, by the way. These three girls are my top 3 Kenkyuusei. XD
I haven't seen how she is doing recently, but I'm willing to bet she's improved.
I haven't seen her in the older stages, but she's quite confident on stage and has a lot of energy. Probably one of the better performers out of the Kenkyuusei. =)

i only voted for Sara Fujimoto. i think it's fair that she gets a well-deserved promotion :heart:

1) Shimada Haruka - Saw her original blog pic and thought she was cute but throughout watching Ariyoshi AKB Kyowakoku, found out she has a fun personality.

2. Nakamura Mariko - just watching her perform she seemd to have loads of energy and she sang pretty well, though she isn't cute really so she probably won't make it =(
3. Shimada Haruka - watched her take tomochin's parts in K6...enough said lol.
A close 4th is Takeuchi Miyu

How long after these eliminations comes the next generation of girls? I kind of understand why some people are bitter towards RS now. Since becoming a fan, I think 9th gen was my first round of RS and now some new ones coming in trying to steal the spotlight... :panic:

10th gen have already started performing in the theatre. The new RS stage is now B5.
It's not just gens of kenkyuusei though, the first 3 gens are thought of as the 3 teams.(so 4th gen are the first gen of kenkyuusei)
