Cool, an HQ preview of Hear Me! Too bad the blurbs at the bottom didn't give a release date yet...they did say that Maki wrote the lyrics herself though

which is my favorite Maki stuff lol. i can't wait for its release. I was a bit worried, i mean Avex is great sometimes, but their are groups and artists that disapear very quickly or get scrapped. Looks like they are going give her a fair shot.

She looking different from our old H!P Maki and more grown up even. I actually really like the short hair on her.

I hope that doesn't happen! Maki already has at least some kind of fanbase and training, so it's not like she's starting from scratch. Maybe they are just waiting long enough to kind of "separate" her from her H!P image. Kind of like waiting for people to almost forget or something, because it probably would've been a dumb move to have her release RIGHT AFTER she signed.

She looks amazing, and I'm so happy she's gone back to her brown/red shade like in GnP, as it suits her skintone so much more. It's great to see her out and about now, and mingling with other artists too (is that Ami Suzuki beside her in some photos? I can't 100% work it out).

I usually hate (or rather dislike) short hair but Maki looks so freaking diva-ish, amazing, beautful, graceful etc that I am in love with her hair like that... the colour looks perfect on her... It's so good to see her all healthy, happy, out and about and doing what she does best, looking hot!

I wasn't such a big fan of her short hair while she was in H!P, but this cut is absolutely gorgeous! I think it's because it's layered, nicely coloured and more sophisticated looking. The H!P short-style was just all one length.
