Yoko-san (Akihiro Yokoyama) was the leader of Japanese metal band UNITED and the bassist of The Ground Crew (PASSPO's backing band) before he passed away last year on May 13th. It was explained that he was part of the reason that "Himawari" exists and the reason Mio was crying when she played the bass for the song at their New Year's Day live.

Sako is usually like that though. Mio-Annya-Oppaipon dominated the program.

I never expected them to bring something like that up in a showroom, but anyway I wasnt surprised it was her closest buddies Anna and Mio who spoke up about it. And Mio..beneath that exterior is a gentle soul

Oh that was why she was acting that way, never knew much about Japanese metal, but United seems like a band I would have been into back in the day.

Sako seemed pretty normal to me it wasn't like she wasn't talking.

Was happy about Yukki's post about Yoko-sans memorial.

Album is no. 4 on daily charts, but the important position will be the weeklies, and of course the amount of sold copies.

Update:
Just listened to the album the first time and it is by far not what I had expected, but in a good way! It gives me a lot of Classic Rock feel, esp. Fairy Tale reminds me of a tune Michael Schenker would write. The only resemblance to their early days are the often included wohoo's, yeah's and what not. I agree this should be great during lives. But I never thought the album surpassing JeJeJeJet! in terms of heaviness. Not only Not in Theory, but tracks like High Tension, despite its disco rhythym. Aipon's YOU has the most American vibe in my opinion, with Itazura Rock'n'Roll and Heaven's Burger I must still get comfortable. This album should convince anyone who believes PASSPO not being Rock Idols.
In summary it seems to be a great album, but have to listen to it more. Right now I still prefer the predecessors, which in comparison strangely seems to have more of an Idol touch.
