KANSAS, fuck yes. happy to see my old school win it after a 20-year drought. 'twas an awesome game too, although if memphis had just freaking fouled before chalmers could make the miracle shot they could have iced it.

now kansas has a history of losing their coach immediately after playing in a title game -> larry brown in 1988, roy in 2003, and now maybe bill...they're talking about a 6-million dollar signing bonus to move to osu, that's a shitload of money for a college coach.

Good profile of the late Don Haskins, the coach who started an all-black starting five in an NCAA title game.

I remember seeing the commercial for that "Glory Road" movie ALL THE TIME and getting tired of it. Good to find out that real life trumped Hollywood once again.

Oh hell yeah you gonna regret it, Washington is on fire! We got beat in the Pac-10 tourney, but we whooped on MSU, who came off of a huge win before the NCAA tourney. Purdue is gonna get smoked! But I am still a fan of Maki K

DAMN YOU PURDUE! THOSE TWO BLOCKS BY JOHNSON NEAR THE END WON IT FOR PURDUE. I can accept a loss, Purdue lead from the beginning and never looked back. Fucking war down in the paint for rebounds and 2nd change points.

Its good anyway, Isiah Thomas is a freshman, he got plenty of time to become a better player. Sad that Brockman wont see that happen since he is a Senior. If only we were able to penetrate and get to the basket in the beginning of the game, Washington would have won and I would be celebrating a Sweet 16 appearance.
