The figures don't surprise me either. This is probably the first single I didn't really like even after listening to it a few times. Dammit... Koharu should have left with Nanchatte! Not with this.

I got past caring about Momusu sales figures a long time ago as I'd probably be very upset by now if I hadn't. In all honesty I thought there last few singles were awful so personally I was glad to see them doing something a bit different, I quite like the song so I'm much happier with it than I have been with the last few releases.

I figured this song would either do really well or really bad. Weird songs like this tend to be hit or miss. I really thought it would do better, since it has that balalaika vibe and it's kinda fun.

^er except aki-p was producing idols before tsunku so it's more like 'the teacher's back to show how it's done' ^_^

But honestly I didn't like this single and with their 'promotion' coupled with this I really didn't expect it to sell well...that said I'm glad they went for something different to the forumla they've used for the past few singles in a row.
Hopefully next single will be better and these sales will be a kick in the butt to UF* to actually invest a bit more cuz I'm sure it will be pay off if they do.
