It's a story about a Zaibatsu, headed by the Manpyo family. Serious like whoa, but Takuya Kimura made me watch it. And I'm glad as hell I did. Spoilers/discussion in white, if anyone actually came into a discussion thread without watching the first ep first.

I think Teppei's a product of an incestous affair between his mom and his grandfather (or father, so to speak) :O. I could be wrong, but I doubt it!  I can only see more trouble in the distance :V

just watched the first episode ... overall really like it ... story kinda serious and too many characters ...

Currently watching this, its really good I think.

Of course its really serious drama and I agree there is alot of characters but i guess the picture becomes clear as you progress along the story.  A much needed break from other wacky comedy / romantic I love you, you love me dramas.

I think this is the first time that in a drama there is MORE characters that piss me off than ones who I like/admire or enjoy the presence of.

I like Kareinaru-ichizoku though,
I don't like the ending part,,,,,,,
however a friend of mine totally diagreed with me ...
How do you think about the ending???
