07.06.2009 – LOS ANGELES, CA - Hollywood’s most recognizable stars have joined MEAN’s Cinemash, an eye-catching video project created by MEAN magazine and distributed by Microsoft. MEAN’s Cinemash recreates 3-5 minute adaptations of prominent films - some cult classics; others Oscar winners - with eyebrow-raising casts. The ensemble casts include some of the biggest names in comedy, such as Will Arnett, Thomas Lennon, and Aziz Ansari, alongside the most unexpected actors, such as hip-hop artist Common, Channing Tatum, and critically-acclaimed actors Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Available exclusively for download on Microsoft’s Zune, and streaming on MSN, the films will be released weekly throughout the summer, beginning on Tuesday, July 7 at zune.net/cinemash.
