I'm only a casual fan, so I haven't picked up much on the SKE bandwagon, but this PV is decent

Not as deep as the Manatsu PV, and no bikinis. It's you're average summer idol production

They all look great, and I've recently taken an interest on Kuumin. My view of her has risen by LOTS since she looks so great there

Actually, thinking about it now, Wimbledon may also not be the most representative song either. I wonder which version they took... I hope the Yuria/Akari one. A better (/more fair) option would have been to stick with a group song imo.

Wimbledon will most likely be Yuria/Kumi/Akari, this version is used in their koen in HKT...

Somehow the PV remind me of Aozora Kataomoi...

I actually like Aishiteraburu's PV,
it's simple and the opening give a little documentary feels...

And I don't think that good summer PVs should always show some skins and boobs...
(although boobs here and there is nice

)

Well anyway, everybody looks very pretty here, and Kumi looks awesome in this PV

You're not alone! I actually like the "I love you, Aishteru!" segment of the song too, & was rather surprised that many find it annoying. I personally think Aishite Raburu is the best song out of all the AKB family summer single thus far. I want to purchase it when I travel pass Japan on May 9, but by that time only NMB's single are available. Not that their single is bad, but such a disappointment...

Not really feeling the covers... Type A for me.

Akagumi PV looks fantastic and the song sounds nice too! Rumi and Minapon.

In Shirogumi PV it pretty much looks like they threw Aya into Jurina's position, not bad at all.

CD Covers:
- Some very interesting shuffles happening here and there. It's no longer Jurina - Rena - Akane, but by grouping W Matsui together some of the other girls get featured a bit more; Kumi, Ogiso, Yuria, Hata, Masana, etc.
- Type A ftw.

Coupling songs: The team names are mixed up in the preview post somewhere above.
- Akagumi: EPIC outfits, but the song needs some cheesy guitars. Almost a bit visual kei/vampire esque

I really hope some of the bonus pics will have these outfits.
- Shirogumi: I'm all for Shiba Aya and Kaotan, but neither the song nor the PV can hold my interest. Most of my least fav SKE girls seem to be in this as well... Aw well, still sorta cute. Shiba Aya for Team E ace.

I really have to pay attention this time... Type C comes with the Akagumi PV, instead of the usual Type B. Same story for Type B and Shirogumi, which used to be Type A

The question is: do I go for my favorite cover or for the DVD content?

And Akagumi continues its tradition of the having the most interesting concepts when it comes to B-side PVs.

The goth lolita look is amazing! Kinda reminds me of the Sweeney Todd film. And the dance looks nice as well.

Also, I'm really happy that Yukko is out of senbatsu again.

She's perfect for these Akagumi videos. If Rena wasn't in this, she'd be reigning over everyone for sure. They really should have taken out both Matsuis in the coupling songs.

at grouping WMatsui on Type A again. It made sense for KataFina given the storyline, but here it's just unfair to the franchise because news clips seem to only show Type A, which ensures that the general public will never get to know the other girls. I love WMatsui and all, but you'd think they'd want to piggyback someone (Akane) on WMatsui into public view. If AKB had done the same thing with AcchanYuko they'd be sunk. SKE needs to be trying to make their own Kami7.

I lol'ed at the comments from the girls at how lonely they felt dancing on the platform in the middle of the sea while this helicopter flew around them. Can't wait for the full PV to come out, and more importantly, the making, because it looks like a lot of shenanigans went down. Not feeling the B-sides this time, but the KataFina B-sides were an unprecedented amount of amazing, so comparing them is unfair. Shirogumi PV looks interesting, though.

I'm thinking the 'chun' pose was some kind of tribute to Rena because she was the one who came up w/ 'Aishiteraburu'.

They mentioned that tidbit in one morning show, and I remember Aki-p posting something about SKE, an in particular Rena, taking charge, and how he feels proud, blah blah blah.

Love the PV's. Shibaaya Shirogumi center is such a wonderful thing to happen.

I also like the Akagumi one but it gets an undeserved hit from me for being vampire/gothy. I've just... seen too much of it around pop culture at this point.

That aside, it's great. As for the A-side, I enjoy it a lot. This is the kind of Japanese pop music I love: pure fun!

Covers are okay. Churi on one and Shawako on another is a bit ragetastic for me, though.
