Having been a fan of Mechaike until Veoh kicked me out of the loop, I was wondering if ever 99 and gang were gonna cause AKB some trouble. Not only did they do it but they let the "comedian terrorist" out of his cage! Egashira 2:50 was always good in these situations but now he has gained hero status in my book! Ijiri who?

^ You should have seen the Kouhaku Utaheta Gassen Special (I found some of them on YT too!). It was epic. Also Wentz going all lulz, and the Sachiko x Sachiko was win.

^ Yup, you said it man especially GUTS!!! Funny thing was, I really liked the original Utauma shows as it was were I picked up a few cool songs while rooting for the underdog. I was surprised when I found out that Mechaike did a parody of it.

Going back to AKB, anybody know what kind of show were they in when performing that Onyanko Club song?

^ Basically 2 teams of celebrities compete in a battle covering popular songs.
But there are also categories.

AKB48's competing against Tsubaki Oniyakko in the "Cute" category, which they won ofc.
Other categories include "Mature" where the very young yet powerful (scary) Maya won by covering ayaka.
Also "Dance", "Dokidoki", "Changed Lyrics", "PV Copy" etc.

ALSO! I just found the [noembed][/noembed] of the videos uploaded! Damn, the guy was even the same one uploading the Mechaike Utaheta SP peformances!

On a slightly Egashira-related note, this is a clip of Ega/Meetan on a televised radio show. He tells her to call her parents and tell them that she's going out with him. Then when she calls her mum he takes the phone and apologizes for making her pregnant. This was when Meetan was still quite cute, and her reaction is funny.
