^Masaki looks so self-conscious.   :cathappy:
^Masaki looks so self-conscious.   :cathappy:
I love how new members always look everywhere except the camera that's being broadcast!
Masaki looks like she's trying very hard to remember to smile all the time, but not quite succeeding.
Noobs so cute!
There's bound to be that period of "uneasiness" on camera for Masaki and the rest of the 10kkies for these first couple of months.

Doubt it'll be that long though. Just check out Yasshii, it's been less than a year since the 9kkies joined and she's handling on-camera interviews like a pro.   :thumbsup

Masaki seems to be actually ahead of where Riho was during her first few televised appearances. Riho chan really squirmed uncomfortably, looked anywhere but the camera, etc, but her improvement is incredible- she is very comfortable now in front of the camera, and her recent new solo lines have been really good.

So Masaki, with a few months of experience will also make that change. This was a great quintet to represent Mobekimasu. Of course since "ma" is only one person, Erina won't be able to appear with each of the teams that are spreading around Japan for special Mobekimasu events......but Mobekisu is still impressive!!

Actually, since Manochan is busy with her "Ikemen Desu ne" theater thing, she wasn't able to participate in any of the five Mobekimasu events yesterday.

Judging from her recent blog entry, she's disappointed she can't make it to some of these things.

kinda random, close to newsworthy but not really so...
There is this bijin tenki app for iphone, android and other japanese phones
http://pc.bijintenki.jp/bijin/index.php
Recently it had some mobekimasu girls, maybe still having (adding new girls like daily)

web-link is
http://pc.bijintenki.jp/data/bijin/XXX/image/iphone/bijin_of_today/original/X.jpg
XXX = 794 to 800
X = 1-5

In the app the signs show the weather (+forecast), that's it.
The apps are Japanese only though. Android (froyo) users with a rooted phone can try the market enabler and set their phone carrier to ntt docomo (44010) so the market lets you download it but it's not really worth it I can tell you since you can get the pics via the web too.
ChrNo, I hope you are happy

But Kanna and Erika are still active! And so is Megumi, kinda...and Yuuka hasn't left yet...and it's only been a couple months for Saki...

So that just leaves Maiha...and I think I've seen her, except I'm not sure when this photo was taken:

The image filename used at JPLOP says mid-2011, but I haven't come across anything else for confirmation. If it is from this year, then hey, it's great to see her all grown up and doing well. :twothumbs

the song had a line about "one month ago today, I was happy as a lark" so at first I was just going to dedicate the song to Saki, but then I thought I would dedicate to all leavers from Berryz, C-ute, and S/Mileage..... and yeah, still have a couple of months with Yuuka, thank goodness.

It is great for all of them to pursue their dreams in other venues , whether it be entertainment or education, but they were all great as members of their former groups.

The picture of Maiha is from her high school's uniform catalog- she is all grown up, and I assume she has been taking university entrance exams now. She grew up, but dimple kawaii still in full force....would love to see some new Megumi clips with her singing, she has a real talent  :cow:

There's just so many girls graduating or rumored to be graduating these days.

Has any of the 9th and 10th gens showed signs of being the successor of Eri's artistic prowess? (Fukuchan obv. not applicable)
