It's like Gokusen without the humor. That Acchan taking of her glasses scene is straight Yankumi.

Other than breaking the stereotypical idol image, why would they make a show like this?

I don't like it

Nakayan and Mocchi look pretty epic though.

Finally watched it and... the show is great fun!

It was pretty wizz bang fast in the 1st half and then turned conservative as it ended. No point showing everything and everyone in the pilot I guess. But I do hope the featured girls don't become a "monster of the week" thing. I'd hate for this to go the sitcom episodic route.

I'm afraid it seems very likely for that. Or at least it seems that way to me. I think Team Hormone's here to stay though, as the comic group in the show. Hoping to see the loli-trio.

All dramas of this type are that way. I don't think they'd do well to veer from the formula, anyway.

..in a photo. That sucked. I'm curious to find out what their relationship is and how she fits into all of this. Was Asuka's character explaining Tomo~'s fighting style or something? Because that would be pretty funny. Although Acchan fights pretty weirdly, too.

^yeah mocchi was explaining the kabuki fighting style though I couldn't tell you what she said about it

Well now we know the bracelets A and M stand for atsuko and minami so something's going on there.

Extending on that, I was half expecting they'd try a Dragonball fusion thing just for laughs.

Though Mocchi's character randomly explaining the kabuki style gave me a good laugh. The tsukkomi in me definitely liked it.
