That looks like this: ストップ温暖化「一村一品」大作戦２００９ (which means something like "Stop Warming Up 'Ichimura Ippin' Epic Battle 2009"). It was broadcast today and is most likely available on an uploader or tracker Real Soon(tm).

Koharu is so unlike a normal Japanese girl in that video it's impressive.

As far as being completely extroverted and not shy at all, even around those much older than her. She's definitely come a long way.

Curious what the future has in store for her.

Does the latter focus more on the Elders?

H!P award has the actual elder club graduation concert with the whole H!P, while the latter has the separate wonderful hearts and elder club concerts that were before the actual graduation concert.. I THINK!!

^ Correct, the second has two disc's with concerts
The first has one loooong concert in the big arena, mostly the elders but a few C-ute and Berryz supporting roles.
(I must say I prefer the second, as its more compact, the first has a lot of MC's in between where they present awards etc.)

lol I was reading this one book (Language Contact in Japan by Loveday) and it says this:

Morning Musume is the girl that is served for you in the morning? lol oh my

Or maybe I'm reading too much into it.. I thought it was interesting, anyway!!

^ On ASAYAN when Tsunku was considering what name to call the group he did a sortof stream-of-consciousness thing, saying various names that came into his head, and one of them was Morning Service. Another name he said was Baiking (Viking), a sortof mixed grill, I think. Another was Morning 5.
