anyone here knows any good program to convert MP3, WMA or other music format into MIDI format?

please if anyone know a program, but there's no time limit on the length of the midi format, please let me know.

or anyone have MIDI format of H!P songs.

I don't know of any programs, but ASTROBOX (http://astrobox.org/midi.html) has some MIDIs of H!P songs composed by AEUGNewtype (http://www.angelfire.com/gundam/aeugnewtype/midi.htm)
