Title: I need a mp3 length editor

Can anybody recommend any freeware that can edit the length of an mp3 (e.g. for ringtones) that's easier to use than Audacity?

You can try Mega MP3 Splitter.

Not sure about ease-of-use, but its pretty basic and barebones.
