Finally watched the 111223 ep! More one-shot auctions

MASSIVE bonus points for Moeno in this episode. She looked really good, really fit, she has guts and she knows comedy. Definitely one of the most underrated girls in the group.

Ichikawa doing everything to get in the spotlight. She should've given this one to Fujie imo. Tough competition for airtime amongst the #40~ girls.

Of course she was gonna fail, but it's more important to be memorable during your challenge and penalty game [/miichan].

Finally watched the 120113 Shuukan AKB episode!

First skit:
- Shawako didn't break character during her skit

- Cashew Nuts ni naritai no!

Second skit:
- This is the Kumi I want to see. Energetic and happy-go-lucky. She seemed a bit off the last couple of weeks somehow, but it seems she''s back to her usual self.
- Haruu was great in this as well. I think she was actually embarrassed. Kumi came in for the kiss earlier, but Haruu didn''t pick up on it and went for the hug haha.
- Kanako was also very good. Maybe because kumi and her were a couple too (Mousou Deka). She''s quite the actress. I liked how she managed to put Kumi on the spot with that Akimoto Yasu comment

My review of the 120120 episode disappeared, so here's a quick re-cap.

This is the Shukan I miss seeing. Outdoors!

Yui x Komori X Shiichan = great pairing.

lol @ Komori making an appeal for herself to that Acchan oshi and then nearly choke to death on his takoyaki

Yui was just lovely throughout

120210 Shukan AKB was pretty enjoyable

The new game is in essence a framework to make a clip show, but luckily it keeps it short and ultimately provides a nice introduction and trivia of the girls.

Pitting Shawako against Haruu is comedy gold

Their opposite characters are perfectly played out. Sae and Mocchi still have a nice chemisty as well.
The kimonos are just a bonus, they all look epic.

More next week! Some Lovetan and Akane action confirmed... I hope Aya Shibata gets to do some stuff as well.

Just finished watching 120224 episode. A card game doesn't sound like the most exciting concept but jesus these past few episodes have been the lulziest in a while. Was nice to see Shibata and Minapon get some screentime, as well as Maria who I don't really know. She kinda reminds me of Komorin, I mean the way she spaces out sometimes.

Sakiko got pretty aggressive which resulted in some epic SakikoxHaachan action.

great episode and they should keep on doing this documentary stuff once in a while
they did one for oya shizuka before ( how about other members? did they made a documentary for other members? I didn't watch shukan akb much )

Moeno looks GOOOOOD. She really turned into a beautiful woman. Epic special skill too

I'm glad she managed to work herself in the spotlight a bit again.
