In Finland, a lot of Japanese names would sound just fine, so I guess I'm lucky
I'm not thinking of getting kids though, and much less thinking of names for them; but I like thinking of what names could work, so ---> babbling!
I was once thinking of how Yurina could be Juliina in Finnish (lol), for a second name maybe...
Names ending in -ko wouldn't be that good because it kind of turns it into a question... (Momoko? Risako?)
Maimi would perfectly work in Finnish, but it sounds like an old name. Maiha would work too, actually it sounds pretty cool... Maiha would be nice...
Reina would kinda sound more like a man's name in Finnish (Reino, Reijo).
Kanna would work, but it might lead into "kanta" jokes... Anri would work, Airi, too... (I'm going through Egg names, now
)
So I think my fave might be Anri... Anri sounds kind of Finnish, but still foreign, it might be cool.
...Erm *shuts up*
