WOOHOO, finally have some news about Japan

Courtesy of karaholic: KARA will hold their first showcase on the 7th Feb 2010 in Tokyo, tickets on sale the 19th Dec. Looks like the haven't given up on Japan YAY~ Hara is already the most popular Korean female idol in Japan so they have some basis to go off... I wonder if Mari will go to the showcase

Does this likely mean we have to wait even longer for a new release? Possibly so coz if they are Japan focused from Feb, releasing in Korea in Jan doesn't leave much promotion time. But I don't know how serious Japan is atm, maybe just the showcase for now then back to Korean promotions?

True Kara is full of talent, but they do have their share of weak vocals too... but what is lacked in singing talent, is made up for with dancing talent (and butts!)

Looks like MM & KARA will just have to have a butt dance off on some program! Anyone up for that?

It sucks how Japanese groups never interact with others coz I would die if MM & KARA could be on at least the same stage together at the same time (ie some random program). I wonder if Gaki is a fan, maybe Mari gave her the CD knowing how much Gaki likes Korea? *fingerscrossed*

EDIT: Ok i watched. Kinda torn by the concept... its interesting but i don't like the fact they are told they are doing a show & then told they have to get a loan and start a business on their own just so others can profit from the show itself. True, we don't know what goes on in the background, and its great for them if it works out, but it just irks me.
Anyway, Jiyoung is such a cute troublemaker
