I read this awhile back, and this was the most shocking part for me!
Don't you just auto-fail the audition if you don't even sing, isn't that like at least half the audition?
So, I wonder if they have any of the old audition footage for her, where she was just standing
there; that would be funny to watch! They must have liked her alot for her to pass.

Shimazaki-san held a special solo handshake event today (20th November 2012)

It was only announced (via the fanclub) early this morning, and was held in Differ Ariake (Odaiba region of Tokyo) from 17:00-18:45 with stage event from 19:00-19:15. Handshakes were limited to 1000 people and it was announced this was for a TV show.

Earlier on the day, Paruru went handing out flyers outside the AKB48 Cafe & shop in Akihabara:

Apparently this guy is from Mechaike, so footage from the events will probably appear on the 1st December broadcast of Mechaike where they are set to reveal the Type D contents for Eien Pressure, which is then released a few days later on the 5th.

No idea what this stuff is:

And this was the queue in Ariake for the handshake event.

Happily, all 1000 slots were filled

At the end, the janken senbatsu appeared and I think performed Eien Pressure.

Way to go Paruru! So proud of her, and apparently she was really good with fans today and didn't display her usual "salty" handshake behaviour.
