人気アイドルグループ・AKB48の“まゆゆ”こと渡辺麻友（17）が、来年2月29日にシングル「シンクロときめき」でソニー・ミュージックレコーズからソロデビューすることが19日、わかった。同曲は、1月13日にテレビ東京でスタートする渡辺初主演の連続ドラマ（タイトル未定・毎週金曜 深0：53～）の主題歌にも決定。AKB48からの本格ソロデビューは板野友美（20）、前田敦子（20）、来年2月1日に演歌歌手デビューする岩佐美咲（16）に続いて4人目となる。
先週、AKB48をモチーフにした初のTVアニメ『AKB0048』（来春放送開始）の主人公9人を演じる“声優選抜”に選ばれ、喜びと安堵感で声を震わせていた渡辺に、今度はソロデビューのビッグチャンスが巡ってきた。初主演ドラマの主題歌でソロデビューする渡辺は「AKB48、渡り廊下走り隊７で活動してきましたが、さらにソロとして新たなチャンスをいただくことになり、とても光栄に思い、感謝しています。このチャンスでさらに新たな1ページが開けた気がします」と目を輝かせる。
デビュー曲「シンクロときめき」は、正統派アイドル・まゆゆにふさわしい王道アイドルソング。「80年代の懐かしいメロディーに、今っぽいアレンジが入ったアップテンポな曲」（関係者）に仕上がった。「マイペースな性格なのですが、オリコン1位を目指して頑張ります。たくさんのファンの皆さん、そして全国の皆さんへ、4年に1度の2月29日に吹き起こすぞ！！うるう年レボリューション！！」と意気込んでいる。
渡辺の主演ドラマは、放送開始と同時に漫画化も決定。来年1月16日発売の『ヤングマガジン』（講談社）7号から連載がスタートする。

AKB48’s Watanabe Mayu (17), also known affectionately as “Mayuyu,” will be the next member to make her solo debut. On February 29, 2012, she will release her first single “Synchro Tokimeki” under Sony Music Records. The song has also been chosen as the theme song for the TV Tokyo drama series that she will star in.
Watanabe is the fourth active member of AKB48 to have a proper solo debut, after Itano Tomomi, Maeda Atsuko, and Iwasa Misaki (who will debut on February 1 as an enka singer). Watanabe is also part of the subgroup Watarirouka Hashiritai 7, along with Iwasa. In addition, she was recently chosen as one of the main voice cast members for the anime series “AKB0048.”
One source describes “Synchro Tokimeki” as an upbeat song with a nostalgic ’80s melody and a modern arrangement.
Details about her drama series have still not been released, though it was previously reported that it has a school setting. The show’s time slot has been announced (Friday nights, 12:53am), with the first episode scheduled for January 13. It is also known that a manga version of the drama will begin running in Kodansha’s Young Magazine on January 16.

It was announced that AKB48 member, Watanabe Mayu (17) will be making her solo debut with the single “Synchro Tokimeki” set to be released on February 29th 2012. Watanabe will be the 4th AKB48 member to make a solo debut after Maeda Atsuko (20), Itano Tomomi (20), and Iwasa Misaki (16).
It was also announced that Watanabe’s solo debut song will be used as the theme song for a new drama on TV Tokyo (title currently unknown) which Watanabe will star in for the first time. The drama will start airing on January 13th.
Watanabe stated that she is aiming to top the Oricon chart.

シングル特典DVDで肉じゃが作りをがんばりまゆゆ
2月29日にリリースされる渡辺麻友（AKB48 / 渡り廊下走り隊7）のソロデビューシングル「シンクロときめき」の初回限定盤に付属する特典DVDの内容が発表された。
3タイプ用意される今回の初回限定盤の特典DVDは、それぞれ内容が異なるもの。初回限定盤Aの付属DVDには「渡辺麻友花嫁修業 料理研究家・結城貢先生に弟子入り！」と題して、まゆゆが料理研究家の結城貢に弟子入りし、生まれて初めて肉じゃが作りに挑戦している姿が収められる。普段まったく料理をしないという彼女が包丁を怖がるあまりジャガイモの皮を思うように剥けず、結城貢から叱られる場面もあり、なんとか肉じゃがを完成させて自分で試食するまでがドキュメンタリータッチで描かれている。
また初回限定盤Bの付属DVDには、まゆゆのAKB48加入からソロデビューまでを追った「渡辺麻友史 〜History of Mayu Watanabe〜」を収録。さらに、初回限定盤Cの特典DVDではまゆゆの主演ドラマ「さばドル」のスピンオフ映像「宇佐しじみ38歳。私の日常お見せしまゆゆ」を楽しむことができる。
このほか、各特典DVDには共通映像として「シンクロときめき」のビデオクリップと、同メイキング映像も収録される。

The NINKI ratings are the results of a POLL conducted by Oricon indicating degree of interest/degree of purchase intention in an upcoming release. Although the ratings are never a true reflection of sales, it does give a strong prediction about where the single/album will place in terms of popularity amongst the Japanese public. However, they are NOT an indication of how it will perform in terms of chart positioning and total sales for the week.

According to Oricon's note under the NINKI page, Oricon researches about 870,000 of its members by random sampling of 400 members in their 10s until 40s. 50 men and 50 women are chosen randomly to participate in each age group. (However, some popular artists have had NINKI exceeding 500, so we can only assume that Oricon has extended the polling to around 600/700 people now.)
Not surprised at Ikimonogakari getting no.1 next week, so go Iki! Only hoping that acts like Do As Infinity, Tommy february6/heavenly6, TOKIO, GReeeeN and FLOWER would surpass their NINKI. Also, it'd be interesting to see who gets the no.1 single as I think that both Yamapi and Mayuyu will battle it out.
Mayuyu's voice is too heavily processed in マユユロイド (Type B) until she sounds like a Vocaloid.
The song's name in romaji is literally Mayuyuloid, the goal of the song is to pretty much make her voice very Vocaloid-like. I like it, it's showing her Cyborg Girl side again. :twothumbs
