Acchan will star in the upcoming love-comedy drama "Q10"! Acchan's character is named 'Q10' which apparently is pronounced as 'Cute'

Also starring Sato Takeru, who will play a boy named Fukui Heita.

Airtime: Starting October, on Saturdays at 9 P.M.

I was watching Shabekuri with Accchan and Sato Takeru... and then it hit me. That Takeru guy is the one from the lotte fit's commercials

I don't dislike him anymore for getting close with Acchan now

Yeah. He's been in stuff like ROOKIES, Bloody Monday, Mei-chan no Shitsuji and Kamen Rider Den-O too.
And he was also in Ryoma Den. So They actually acted in the same drama before, just never together.

Watched the first episode on YouTube. I'm not into subless doramas all that much, but for the most part I was even less into this one. Not enough Acchan for me. It had its cute moments and is sort of interesting, but for the most part it's a "typical" idol drama. Unlike most in that category though, this show doesn't try to be constantly humorous which is kinda refreshing. It's nice to see the show take itself as seriously as its premise allows.

If they keep getting YouTube'd, I'll watch, but my interest doesn't go much further than that.

Haha. It might be a little boring even when compared in the cyborg category like Zettai Kareshi or Sakura 2 Go.

I kinda hoped it focused more on the pair. But I think they'll follow the same high-school drama formula of resolving one student's problem each ep.

Acchan is still the main reason to watch it (ball..ball..)

But I'm also interested in seeing Fukuda Mayuko's character (mystery girl) show up, since I haven't seen her in a drama for some time.

In addition, the show sparked a ton of interest in the two stars, sending a flood of visitors to their blogs. Before last week, Sato's blog was averaging about 360,000 page views per day, but on the Monday after the premiere of "Q10," the blog recorded 1.12 million views. Maeda's blog, on the other hand, saw an increase of 1 million views, and the number of comments jumped from its daily average of 2,000 up to 20,000. The show's official website has also been getting a lot of attention, pulling in 900,000 page views over Saturday (the day the show premiered) and Sunday.
