1) The icon is on the second row to the left (should say insert image)
2) to change its size [img width= 400]http://[/img] Use this coding as your guide
3) To place them next to each other you can paste them together so [img ][/img][img ][/img] like this

Forgo to mention about uploading to a picture hosting site, you can always google that. You will get a link and put it between the two codes and then follow the rest
