Thanks Male Dai #1, I'm actually looking for an Avi or Vob of it that I could download, so we could burn it onto a dvd and watch it on a big screen. It's easier to see all the moves...I'm gonna keep looking too, but this is a lot of help so Thanks ~~

check out this torrent from BT-China --
http://dl1.www2.btchina.net/download.php?s=9de4d1cfdcf99e0a&attachmentid=804930

It has the 本草綱目 MV on it.  The vid is 63mb, so I'm assuming quality isn't too too bad... Might be better than YouTube's stretch screen.

okay since this is a chinese music thread, i'm hoping someone could identify this specific song for me, and if they have it, please upload it for me or tell me the source where i can d/l it.  the song i'm looking for is the theme or inserted song in Stephan chow's Love on Delivery also starring Christy Chung and guest star Jacky Chueng of the 4 heavenly kings.  the movie came out in '94 i think.  it's about stephan chow being a delivery boy and have a crush on christy chung, who when to a special sport institution or something.  anyway, does anyone know what movie i'm talking about?  all i want is the song that was played in the ending of that movie.  help if u can. thanks.

here ya go: http://www.mediafire.com/?2qjkwbjynmz

It's a straight rip from my disc :P

Jacky Cheung has great ballads but he's an underrated actor!! Anyone see "Bullet in the Head" ? WHOA.

How was hocc's live disc? I grabbed it but never listened. 10 years in the biz AMAZING!

She be one of my favorite Canto artists...and for those interested, I'm gonna do an impromptu CHINESE NEW YEAR special on HiP Radio, before and after HiP HoP Hizzy - so check LOCAL LISTINGS!! (hint, click "Radio" above)

Also saw Candy Lo, I liked a few songs of hers...DAMN she really dressed down. Taking this indie thing to new levels - must be reaction to that huge hit she had in 2002, whatever baby song "Better to be apart" Well I think she said she's got an album coming out in March!!

Since this IS the Chinese music thread and there isn't really a non-JMusic Request Thread, I was wondering if anyone had Justin's No Protection album that they could upload somewhere...It'd be greatly appreciated :)

First off, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!

thanks to daigong for the Love on Delivery theme song.  i always thought it was Jacky Cheung who sang it, and he guest starred in it too.  i'm so stupid, why didn't i think about it.  anyway thanks for the rip, although i prefer the full song but thanks nonetheless.  i now have to search the entire internet for it...

now there's a theme song that i wish to obtain.  it's from the TVB series Once upon a time in Shanghai.  for more info go to http://hkadb.net/info/Once_Upon_A_Time_In_Shanghai

i want both the theme song and also the insert song sang by Nnadia Chan Chung-Ling if it's possible, i want the full song, but if not, i'll accept anything. thanks in advance

I just got into Chinese music, I was more of a movie fan more than anything. I knew of S.H.E. before anything else a looong time ago (I think I watched a cover of a song). And when I got my MTVChi channel (I didn't really care for it though, I wanted MTVK)  I found out about more singers like Jay Chou, Jolin Tsai, 5566, and my friend gave me some Penny Dai to listen to.

More than anything else, for the past 4 days, all I listen and watch is S.H.E. *___* I'm really in love with their music and Hebe. I can't find ANY torrent place (that I can understand) that has their albums. Does anyone mind sharing?

Well, since you can't read Chinese, you probably don't feel like checking out their bt@china search results, but here it is anyway: http://search1.btchina.net/btsearch.php?query=s.h.e&type=0

BTW, if you want S.H.E's "Moving Castle" (Live @ Hong Kong), check this torrent over on BT@China.  Can't vouch for the torrent, but the concert itself was pretty good.

..... You just made my day. PLENTY. Thank you so much. I'm going to download this as soon as I clear space. *____*

thanks for the concert link! I was going to buy this one or the 2004 one. I really can't wait to see Hebe sing English and play the drums!

*pouts* I'm not connected to any seeders. Odd. Either way, thanks a bunch!!!

Together with Kelly Chen :luvluv2: who is permanent Chinese love, I'm currently enjoying listening to the rock band Mayday (Wu Yue Tian). Damn, their music is amazing. I ordered all the albums of them I could find in YesAsia. :wahaha:

Can someone recommend a good TWINS album? I read up on some of them, and it seems them almost beat S.H.E. in a small competition, but not quite so. But I'm interested in them now, and I found out they even made a Taiwan/Mandarin album... Interesting.
