They're giving away signed posters at the concert today if you buy the single, so sales should get a bit of a boost from that.

Most H!P groups have been doing signed posters at events/concerts for years now. It doesn't really seem to make that much of an impact because it's the same few people buying them all anyway

Looks like they placed fifth in the weekly rankings. Anyone have the actual number of singles sold? If I'm reading right it was only 18665. Damn... that's ridiculously their worst yet...

Only plus side is, maybe this makes the management realize that just Airi isn't enough D:

This single was released in what I call a difficult week. There were only two other releases on the same date for a reason. It is just after the busy end-of-year period with many music shows. At the time when everyone is looking back at the hits of the past year it is difficult to introduce a new song to the general public. I think management knew this and thought it was a good time for a little experiment with the Airi solo. The traditional H!P concerts at the start of the new year are a great time to target this single at the main group of potential buyers. The signed poster lottery certainly helped to lure them in. But the general CD buying audience is not reached as much. As a result this single is one "just for the fans".

I think Suzuki Airi should be made a solo singer.  The current situation is not fair to her or the other girls.  She is the main talent in both C-ute and Buono!  She should just go solo.   That would give the C-ute members the chance to shine and show what they can do without Airi.
