Makes no sense and totally random (and has happened before: Hagiwara Mai, Mitsui Aika).
Check YESASIA & HMV. You'll have better luck there I think.

I don't believe HMV or YesAsia have this photobook listed (yet?). As far as I know the only places you can buy it right now are on Amazon Japan or the Wani Books website.

I don't have a horse in this race (I like Ayumin, but photobooks aren't my thing, especially of the under-18 members), but it's odd that CDJapan thinks the image DVD is fine to sell, but the PB itself isn't.

I can understand the reasoning, but you'd think it would apply to the DVD as well.
