This release is kind of interesting imo because it's the first in this year that is - I assume - not a cover nor a title song.

And yes, Risako did quite badly (compared to Airi) on VERY BEAUTY. The high notes were acceptable, but messing up lyrics is harsh. The high notes during Genghis Khan is another story, though.

Anyway, new single announcements aren't much of an expectation until a title pops up. wktk!

^ How did she mess up the lyrics? I didn't listen to the concert yet. Did she just say the wrong words or did she say anything at all?

I don't hate her, but her voice isn't really that special & I don't understand why she was pushed to the front in the first place.

Anyway I hope this single will be like Tsukiatteru or Kokuhaku. Some of their strongest singles imo

She messed that up the first time when she sang solo. It was during the night concert IIRC. The first concert was when she was cracking all over the place.... She sounded decent at the night one.

Yes, I was referring to Jingisukan. But don't misunderstand : it's not a hate, Risako is young and need to practice for improvement.
I like the wotas saying "Ganbare", that's exactly what she needed.

King Records is the distributor of Piccolo Town. Shops get their info from the distributor and that's what the shop has put on its website.
PKCP-5119 is still a Piccolo Town catalog number. So there is nothing to worry about here.

The title is still tentative.
The second 'word' is definitely not "Iku". It may be "Yuke", but the 'ke' is in Hiragana. So no mistake possible there in romanizing.

Pretty fun song, not something I'd listen to a lot though. It seems like Berryz Koubou are becoming the fun group and C-ute are the more mature group which is funny considering C-ute has generally younger members.

yh I usully see it translated as really but more often in the sense of a question (really?)

for their song 'Natsu Maji Sugiru' it's translated as 'It's Too Much Summer' and i know natsu=summer sugiru= well im not sure on it's own but it's the 'much' bit i believe. 
so in both senses of the word really does seem like a good translation to me(as an emphasis of what follows it eg too or lots or really)

Not just slightly bigger but also slightly better.
The pink looks quite different in this version (probably saved with more colors than upfront's?). It's better but still cheap compared to the limited one and even that one isn't that special  :lol:

But wutever. The cover isn't really the most important for me of a single...
It's only sad if people who don't know them go into a shop, see the single and don't buy it because the covers looks cheap (and would have had more interest in it if the cover looked better).

^I like Maji Good Chance Summer. It's nothing extremely special but it's a nice tune.

And yeah the regular is much better now.
I knew that sometimes the UFA cover pics are alittle to "pastel-ic", but I didn't expect such a big chance.
Still like the Limited one better.

Agreed. A bit too long. I didn't like Jingisukan but I would have preferred Jingisukan to have the length of YYMD. Also, what's up with the H!P-2006-ish PV pv haha. I enjoy oncrack!Berryz as much as the next Berryz fan, but this one was below their craziness standards. Left me unimpressed somehow..

I gave it another chance (second time watched). But still.
The monkey crackyness isn't making it all for me.

They are cute with their costumes, also they look surprisingly good.
I don't think it's a bad pv nor am I annoyed by those stars. But I think I have/had too high expectations.
It's just one place, switching costumes and the background while having close-ups in between. Even the camera hardly moves (how good they managed to cut the costume changes together, also how good berryz managed to dance that it fits is pretty nice though).
The dance, well, don't know. It's because of the song, so something else would probably not fit much better. But isn't it a bit slow?


Guess I will like it more a while later. I will try to wait till I get the single or maybe even single-v before I watch it more often.
It deserves to be watched in high quality before I "overwatched" it in low quality  :)

This PV is so crazy! I love it!  :heart: I hadn't been fond of the song from the rip we had before, but I'm enjoying it now with the video. XD

I love the transitions from regular outfits to monkey, so smooth. They all look adorable in the monkey suits. So cute~~  :wub: Though Yurina looks so scary tall in her suit.  XD I love the shots of them in the suits together in their little monkey group.

Momoko looks just awesome, and making me love her more than I already do. I swear she was made to do crazy stuff like this song, I don't know if it's bias talking or not but she seemed utterly perfect in this PV. From dancing, to happy-attitude, to wearing the outfits, to everything.

The dance is just awesome, and I think if we had anymore detail or background items in the video it would take away from its awesomeness. I love-love-love~ the line distribution, Maasa and Chinami got lines

All this talk about the stars, I didn't even notice them until they were pointed out and I watched again. Way too in tune with the girls I was.  :sweatdrop:

My only problem is the flashing of the 2 outfits at the end, starts to give me a headache.

I loved the song and the lines distribution. The PV... well, it's simple and I'm not a huge fan of the monkey costumes, but I kinda liked it. The dance is funny without being extremely weird (some H!P dances can get pretty weird) and they don't look that bad in monkey costumes. The PV is simple, but it could be worse. I'm waiting now for the making of, what with monkey costumes and all.  :lol:

I thought maasa monkey looks a bit weird, maybe because of the lipstick, and because her bangs are covered.

for the pv, it's not my fave berryz pv to date, but I like it ^_^ everyone is sooo cute~ :heart:

Well after 4th time I watched this I think I kinda liked it. Though I don't really think that it's something outstanding... As a Berryz Kobo fan I am not delighted with such a decision Tsunku has made.

the girls look really good tho, i like their monkey suit, really cute. As for the other outfit, i think it doesn't fit the song at all...

Too bad I had some problems with dohhhup guys lately, can't enjoy their stuff as much as before.

LOL when risako is "pushing" Saki for standing in the way, (at 2.40. the "tikitiki minna no shuu"... everyone's shoe? j/k ;P)

Risako is starting to somewhat annoy me... I dunno if she's bored, doesn't care or just can't pull it off. Her dance is always a bit less genki nowadays (while Saki is on fire  :D) and she messes up lines more often to. The "sore ga onna yo" twice, the "chotto dake samishii" and in this Monkey PV you can see her start with "chotto dake sam-- but changes it to shuumoku or wtv it was.) to name a few.
I just hope she's doing her best or is really nervous, cause otherwise she should start putting some more effort. =/

Soo... a Monkey DANCE version, anyone?  :lol: 5th Album special DVD maybe? or on the next PV collection.
