Kaya was actually one of the first girls I noticed when I was getting into AKB48 and started watching all the stages in order.  She always stood out in every performance she was in.  And she was in Honegumi.  I was pretty disappointed when I realized that she had already graduated some time ago.

It's nice to see a thread for her here.  I should really find those TV shows she's been in.

Masuyama Kayano was the youngest member of AKB48 until Oku Manami joined. She debut with Team A in 2005 at the age of 11. Prior to joining AKB, Masuyama participated in the musical, Annie.

Masuyama film debut was a starring role in a 2007 drama called ChocoMimi based upon a kids manga. She graduated in November the same year to continue her acting career. Since then she has played a minor part in Maou and more prominent supporting role in the more recent Shokojo Seira.
