They're definitely photoshopped. I think the photos of Eri came from her maple PB and Ai's from her Mizu PB and maybe her Mou Hitotsu no Ai PB, but I'm not sure as I haven't seen it.

but i read something that the ring is from her special one (it means boyfriend) but since she is AI then who knows, it can have something of true or not... but i do think that wearing it means something special for her

Somehow I manage to not be distracted by other things long enough to notice it everytime... If it's from a boyfriend then that is a pretty long term bf that she's been able to keep secret, so like you i'm not sure I'd believe that from Ai (but if so, props to her)... Maybe it's from her mum or something, or Gaki
