Post by: Sev on March 30, 2009, 09:57:25 AM: Mildly disappointed with this one. First one is better, Tom Yum Goong is way better and Chocolate starring tama is lightyears beyond.

Had some nice fighting scenes tho.

Spoiler: [bgcolor=#000000]Guess the smartest thing is to wait for no 3 and watch them both together, so you get a complete movie with an ending. Not a cliffhanger like this.

Thrown off by the "period piece" - and the ancient fantasy storyline but the fighting scenes was over the top. Like henchmen ninjas coming atcha nonstop!! The gore factor is CRAZY!! I expected eyeballs to pop out and people eaten alive.

Film site 24Framespersecond has confirmed with Sahamongkol Film that Tony Jaa’s period martial arts actioner ONG BAK 3 is heading to Thai theaters on April 29.
