Sylvester Stallone is signing on to reprise his role as boxer Rocky Balboa in the sixth installment of the long-running film series, which he wrote and will direct.

Everyone wants to make an own boxing movie after Million dollar baby. Cinderella man was kinda flop but I guess new Rocky would sell enough with its name, eventhough the movie could be crap.

The plot revolves around John Rambo, played by Stallone, who lives a peaceful life in the US. But he is soon forced to abandon his lifestyle and take justice into his own hands when a girl goes missing.

There is still no final decision on the director, but the screenplay is in the early stages. The movie will be filmed in Mexico and the US.

LOL, i actually loved the Contender, not like Stallone played a big part in it, during fights he would say the most obvious shit and Sugar Ray Leonard looked so frustrated in it sometimes rofl.

Chuck Wepner has ended his bid to get compensation from Sylvester Stallone for using him as the inspiration for his Rocky movies.
Lawyers for Wepner and Stallone filed notice in U.S. District Court last week that they have settled the 2003 lawsuit for undisclosed terms.
