No, look at Ayabie's post. The picture is a play on words. Sorta like those word/picture puzzles we'd get in school when the teacher didn't have anything for us to do and wanted to kill some time.
As an extrememly simple example: THE READ LINES would read as "Read between the lines". Get it?
