That trailer is crazy. It's making me go mental!

Only God knows how much I'm going to miss Eleven but... I'm really looking forward to what The New Doctor is going to bring to the table. This is going to be super interesting. And since Peter Capaldi is a really great actor it can be nothing BUT interesting!

On it's own, the genre of Japanese tokusatsu (i.e. shows that have/feature the use of "special effects") is cool. On it's new, the long-standing British TV series Doctor Who is cool. However, putting the two together?

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I'm going to say "no" to that one after seeing that.

Completely forgot about the Doctor Who World Tour this month.

According to the site, Peter Capaldi, Jenna Louise Coleman, and Steven Moffat will be in New York.....on the 13th. Still no details yet on where the event is taking place.

Also bought tickets to see the Season 8 premiere on the 25th at a movie theater in the city.

Thought about going to the NYC screening + Q&A this Thursday, but by the time I found the link to where I'm supposed to buy tickets, they were unavailable as soon as they were on sale.

At least there will be a livestream.

Looks like they stopped all plans for any livestreams. Only highlights of the Q&As. Probably didn't want to spoil anything about the season premiere. Hope they at least put them up after the episode airs.

- Strax beaning Clara with the newspaper =

- like how they kept it a secret as to whether or not the robot-man jumped (thus showing that he was lying about being unable to kill himself) or whether the Doctor pushed him (thus showing that he was lying about being willing to kill); that shot showing Twelve standing at the doorway looking down at the fallen robot-man = intense

- omgass they showed why the TARDIS phone was off the hook at the end of "Time of The Doctor"!

^ Well, I marathon-ed the last 6 episodes. For the last 6 hours. Today.

Kicking myself twice, one for guessing who Missy was correctly, and the other for second-guessing my guess on who Missy was. Also kicking myself once again for correctly guessing about Danny Pink: his past and what happens to him (mostly) at the end of the season.

Can't believe the Christmas special is airing next month.
