I decided to declare a new goal！！

That is,
I want to become on par with the Yokoyama Team K Kennins Jurina-san and Sayanee-san！

I have always admired Jurina-san and Sayanee-san,
so, actually ending up in the same team as them is something I had never thought of,
I was so surprised,
there seemed to be a rainbow coming out of my nose。lol

Of course, my base and origin is Hakata,
but since I have become a Team K Kennin,
I feel that I have to become a member that is representing this 「K」,
so I want to learn a lot from all my Senpai,
and work hard with the Hakata spirit！！

This newly made Yokoyama Team K。

I am really looking forward to seeing what kind of Team it is going to be♪


Also, about the decision to make Sakura, Mio, Anna and Natsumikan Kennin,
first of all, congratulations！

Carrying HKT48’s charm in our hearts,
I want to captivate the whole country and make them love us♡


Since I already have experience as a Kennin,
if anything comes up, I hope I can be a help to them。

Thinking it all to the end in this way,
Hakata has received chances in various aspects,
and that we’re an essential part like that makes me really happy。

Compared to the other teams,
transfers or kennin positions to Hakata have been few,
but I think that just means that we can look forward with our current teams with all of our might,
so from here on, we keep improving HKT48,
and will concentrate on making it a team whose wings can span over the whole country！

Wherever I may be, I am who I am。

at times clumsy and stubborn me。

She missed some songs in today's show, and has pulled out of the shows on the 5th and 8th March.

This is really worrying, back problems could spell the end of her idol career

^ Now i know why she will miss 2 performances at 5th and 8th March. I couldn't fully understand what she wrote because of my lack ability in reading kanji xd.

Back problem is quite serious problem, depending on how bad the back get hurt. I can say it because i also had back problem back then. I often played futsal so it really annoyed me. You have to be fully recovered before you can start the activity, especially hard activities like dance or sport. Back problem tends to reoccur if it's not fully healed. Mine also sometimes reoccur when i do hard activities for long period like sport, running, and lifting heavy load.

I hope Haruppi's problem is not serious. I'm really sad. Seeing haruppi cries in those pics is really hurt me. Don't worry Haruppi you will be okay. For now, just focus on your recovery and you will be okay soon. I will miss you. Get full recovery and come back stronger! I'll wait for you to perform once again ^^

I really want to cheers her. I will give comment on her next G+ post, though in english like i usually did. Hehe. I hope she will understand. ^^

I think she said about "Gekkan Entame" which is released today. She appears in that magz along with natsu, mio, meru, and madoka, wearing a bikini. I think i saw someone tweeted some pics from that magz about 2 days ago. But i didnt "favorite" it so i can't find it on my twitter. She also said that today she will do recording for a tv program for the first time. I think Sakuratan also wrote about that on her g+. I dont know what it is. Anybody here know about that tv program?

She is like Yuko and Mayu who always give her best, dancing and singing with their fullest heart. She is also strong. When she is sad, she tries her best to hold her tears. I still remember the shuffle announcement on Budokan last year and also her seitansai. I could see she tried her best to not cry, to hold her tears. Though she still cried but she has tried her best. The Yokoyama Team K theater performance is over。

When at the Dai Sokaku it was announced that I would be Kennin in Team K,
the emotion that came to me the very first was that of insecurity。


This team, where Oshima Yuko-san is,
and that has been built up by the 2nd generation since the early times of AKB48。


The image of it being a team that attracts through its physically oriented performances is strong,
so would I be able to do it？Would I be able to get used to it…

However, performing in today’s theater performance,
I realized that Yokoyama Team K is an incredibly great team。

Through my Senpai from AKB48
as well as Sayanee-san and Jurina-san,
I received motivation from each respective group.
And I was thinking, if we give each other such a motivation,
we can improve as a team。

The kind of performance I wanted to show was one that made people think of us “Yokoyama Team K’s performances have really gotten great. They’re really improving”！！


If I had to give myself points for today,
I’d give 50 points。half-half。

It was fun
and I gave everything,
but there are still a lot of issues left。

Especially, for the unit。
Today will be the first time that I talk about this but…

『Kiseki wa ma ni awanai』,[TL note: the title translates to “Miracles don’t make it on time”]
to tell the truth, this song was one of the songs that was intended for us to be performed at HKT48’s solo Budokan concert。

But, since my own skill was insufficient,
we weren’t able to perform the song,
and it turned out that the miracle truly didn’t make it in time。


"One day I will definitely get my revenge！！"

That’s what I set my heart on。


And with that、about 1 year later,
my Kennin position in Team K was announced,
as well as the RESET stage,
where 『Kiseki wa ma ni awanai』is part of the unit songs.
I realized the miracle came towards me by chance。


When I started to practice,
as expected it was really difficult,
but swearing to myself that this time it would definitely be on time,
I kept practicing。

Abema-san and Shihori-san were truly kind to me,
they met up with me to practice together,
so we were going over the choreography together,
and they gave me advice as well。


Owing it to all that as well,
this time the miracle did make it in time！！！

I think that it’s really great that compared to myself at that time, I made noticeable progress。

Next time it will be in time。And the one after that。
I am not yet able to perform it like Miyazawa-san’s original,
but I will be serious on refining and researching it even more.
I will be working hard,
so that Haruppi’s『Kiseki wa ma ni awanai』will be thought of as a good one, and one that has improved！！！！！


And to all of my Meroppis,
I definitely want you to come watch a Yokoyama Team K theater performance, too(〃▽〃)

You know, this is a topic I hear a lot at Handshake Events that has been making me feel down。
"Compared to that member, you can’t lose", "You will surpass that member", and so on. There are many comparisons like that, and if that’s the way you’re rooting for me I am happy about it, too. But for my own goals, I don’t compete with anyone, and I think that that’s not everything there is。
Of course, there are times where I am thinking how I want to surpass other members and where I end up comparing myself with them。
But, in the end, the thing I realize it that that other member has a greatness to her that only she has, and me, I am yet another person。
I think obsessing about it too much is not good…
Yesterday, I was thinking about my growth compared to myself of last year, and the results that came from it(´∇‘)
I still don’t understand idol-ness very well, and since there are various things that I am not good at, there are things that I can’t really communicate as well. But in my own way, I am working hard with all of my might！
And having you watch over me during this time, that is truly what my encouragement isヾ（´▽‘）
I will always be thankful to you, ok！！

Kodama Haruka's 18th Birthday Project ♛

Hey there everyone!

So it's that time of the year again! Looking back, this year has been the most fruitful and rewarding one yet for Hakata's fairy. In the election, the media, the theater and even in magazines, Haruppi's on everyone's radar, the level of awareness towards her has definitely jumped since last year. She proved so much to her fans through her dedication and even though she has had some pretty painful bumps with her continuous back pain, she still managed to overcome them and come out stronger and more graceful than ever. And we want her to know that we noticed.

Not only that but her public acknowledgement of the book made other fans eager to do the same for their oshi in hopes for a similar result. In terms of the design and the book itself I've had so many people asking about the layout and praising the consistency of the pages. I think it's safe to say that we set a bar last year.

And this year we hope to produce an even better result. We're starting out earlier to allow more time for both the submissions and the production of the book.

So here are the guidelines, same as last year's.


Option 1: Photograph option.

Get a piece of paper. Decorate it!

Put whatever you want on it - stickers, drawings, messages, a picture (please stay away from portraits taken by others or any material that might be copyrighted).

We’re going all digital, so you will then need to take a photograph of your page and email it to us! See below for info!

Or

scan your page and mail the file to us! <-- Best option if it's a handmade artistic message like a drawing or any fan art, it will still maintain it's quality.

Or

create the page in Photoshop (or similar editing software) and mail the file to us! <-- That's probably the best option if you're doing anything digital.

OR

You may also send in any normal picture that you’ve taken with birthday greetings. Hold a birthday sign or a message up, or put up a birthday banner somewhere in your area to show Haruppi that her international fans love her.

Option 2: Birthday message

Send us a short birthday message for Haruppi! English or Japanese only. There's no limit to how much you can write, as long as it's within reasonable length.

Notes:

• On ANY submission: please include your name/username and your country in your message. If you're from the USA, you may include your state as well. Do NOT include any personal or direct contact information such as e-mails or Twitter usernames, etc

The more people the merrier, in the end the goal is to create a great experience for both the people working together from different parts of the world on the book and Haruppi herself.
