I just picked up B version and it had goodbye songs for Tomomi and Mariko, I was wondering if another version had a goodbye song for Sayaka?

Sayaka never got a grad song unfortunately.... Mariko and tomochin's were nicely done though

^ Sayaka did get a graduation song. It was performed at both her graduation ceremony at Tokyo Dome and at her graduation show at the AKB Theatre. You can watch it on news clips of the Dome Tour or the LOD of her grad show. It's a really good song and features all the remaining 2nd gen members plus graduated 2nd gen member's like Yuka, Natsumi, Kasai, (Noro also performed it at TD). No release of the song has been announced yet though.
