It does just seem abit random this group. As someone else suggested adding more bit by bit would be a smart move afterall there are 5 cards with LE version and that could easily be 2 members per card of course if there going to be really mean the standard version of the cd also has a card and that could be 2 more gving a total of twelve members.

No Yuko Nakazawa though that does suck considering.

Why do you say that? Just because of the solo thing? If you take it another way, they're all the youngest of their current generation (Kao/Nacchi birthdays' are only a few days apart and aside from Asuka, were the youngest) and Gaki was the youngest of hers) and/or when they joined were the youngest members of the group (Gocchin/Koha)

Youngest members of each uneaven generation? They should've used the oldest. Then you would have:
-Yuko
-Maki
-Taka
-Koharu

And if the b-side was even generations and oldest members, it would look like this:
-Kei
-Yossie/Rika
-Miki
