Some weird forum~

Be aware that the photos may take forever to load. You'll see little labels for "rina____.jpg" or whatever, for example, that's where a pic will load. So yeah. >_< The idiot who uploaded these awesome pics like.... yeah. Totally slowed the thread down.  


Oh, and thanks lamb. =3 I have similar screenshots, that's why, and kinda thought they were from MUSIC FAIR. Yay for being right for once.

Pretty cool, huh? It's obvious that it's from their performance of START at a special Square Enix concert (I also have photos from that), but it's pretty cool.

This is the 1000th post in the new Scandal forum! I can't believe we reached it so soon. (The forum exists two weeks today!)

We created this forum since the Scandal thread was so active and because it attracted new members, but I had no idea how fast it would grow.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the participating members Not only are you speaking your mind, but you are helping each other out with finding information on members and performances and share numerous pics and files. That just warms my heart

So, let's keep promoting Scandal!

I'd like to take a moment now to show my appreciation to this forum and the other fellow active members~ I guess I joined a week shortly after the forum came to existence, which was around last weekend. It was Barrie himself who drew my attention to this, and JPH!P itself~ He found my blog and invited me to join here. Actually, the first person to even post a comment on my blog.  I was doubly touched by the comment. I'd had near 1000 views and yet no one had the guile to post a thank you, or a comment or suggestion or anything. So I hastily joined. And here I am now, 200+ posts later. 

I'm just glad there's a decent English-language forum for SCANDAL. I know of SCANDAL's Sushi, HATOMARI FURANSU (a French forum), and of course the first forum ever for SCANDAL, the Indonesian-language one Jr. brought my attention to. I was convinced I couldn't find another SCANDAL forum that was in English, and was about ready to try to make my own forum. @__@ God knows how horrible THAT would turn out. 

I'm grateful to be among so many other dedicated SCANDAL fans, and I hope that we'll all continue to keep up this little community in the awesome way it's going.  May we recruit new fans and members, and hang on to the awesome recurring, active members we got~ I hope I myself will continue to be active, but there's a slim chance that I'll ever leave. 

And congrats to our little community for 1000 posts and counting!

SCANDAL played an anniversary live today (25th) at Mediage in Odaiba, Tokyo, for an audience of 300 people. For the first part, they played "Yumemiru Tsubasa", "ShoujoS", and "SCANDAL BABY". For the second half....

HARUNA and MAMI played acoustic guitar for an ACOUSTIC live!!!! (Although TOMOMI was still playing an electric bass.)
They played "Koi Moyou" first, and then as a tribute to Kato Kazuhiko who recently died, they played a cover of Sadistic Mika Band's song "Time Machine ni Onegai" (タイムマシーンにお願い). (He was a member of that band.) They finished with "SAKURA Goodbye".
