restaurant? I really don't know what to say...that is just really odd. my eyes hurt right now so I'm not going to try to read the tiny font. what is everyone's thoughts on this restaurant thing? can you imagine if it had H!P music playing down the aisles? o.O..really this is just odd is all I can say

I found a video of Sharan Q at a Kouhaku. It must've been quite a few years back but the performance is damn awesome.

i heard that Sharan Q came out of their hiatus with Aruiteru, but after that i never heard of anything afterwards. are they performing live, or doing something? not alot is covered on english sites. i mean they appeared on Uta Doki sometimes, sometimes by themself and that they performed on a HEYx3 special episode in 2006 and also on another episode performing Aruiteru. but that's about all i know. saw some of their earlier videos on youtube and they were pretty good. but don't know if they are still active even after returning with aruiteru.

^ They did a tour after Aruiteru was released. They're still active as a group, but with their jobs as songwriters/producers/managers for H!P and other artists/groups, they're just not as prolific as much as they once were.

I don't think so. It was originally a song released by a different singer/group in the 70s or 80s if I remember correctly (don't remember who at the moment).

is Makoto, Taisei and Hatake work as producers/songwriters/managers too? i only know that makoto MC concerts, Taisei sometimes, like the one in 2006 and he used to produced Cubic-Cross with Sayaka Ichii. don't know about Hatake though....

Well, not all at once. Taisei was Ichii Sayaka's manager (I think) when she left MM and was in Cubic Cross. Basically they've all gotten a lot more involved and have a lot more "behind the scenes" stuff that they're doing (with Tsunku obviously being the most ambitious) compared to how they were usually in front of the camera before.

If memory serves, Makoto also created/produced Coconuts Musume.
Taisei was actually IN Cubic Cross as the keyboardist, and I believe he was also their producer.
Hatake has written the music for some H!P songs, such as Goto's Yokohama Shinkirou and v-u-den's Koi no Nukegara.

But yeah, Tsunku's always been their frontman and reason-for-having-a-job.

I just read the stories on HelloOnline about Tsuji's pregnancy and I have to say that I love Tsunku!! While everyone is bashing and apologizing for Tsuji's actions Tsunku said that he is happy for her and knows she will have great new experiences. I just had to write out how cool I thought that was for Tsunku to do. He truly is the man.
