Hate and Mariko's solo song are the best things on this album. It's almost a shame they're stuck on an album at all.. I also dig the Kojima + Yuko & Mayu + Rino songs. Most of the other songs are kinda forgettable, after a few listens, though.

^ I agree on everything you wrote, but I also liked YukiTomo duet.. That song has a nice flow, and well, their voices nearly made me cry.. Might be my fever at fault... And I kinda liked Team K song, and I hope they do an awesome dance to it, they're Team K after all (the song could have been more fierce, or at least that's what Team K is to me)

The problem with pairing Tomochin and Yukirin on a ballad is that it's so obvious that Yukirin is vocally more powerful than Tomochin, which kinda turns me off from the song unfortunately; still a great song though.

Acchan/Takamina duet and Acchan's Sakura no Hanabiratachi are just beautiful ;A;

Hate and Mariko's solo takes the prize for "Where were these songs before?!"

Hate Hate Hate!! eventhough the title is "Hate" it can't be help that I like it so much

and also, Atsumina, Acchan and Mariko solo are also good.
plus, It's good to finally listen studio version of Miniskirt no Yosei

Actually, I am positively surprised by the TomoYuki duet. Their voices and singing styles are very different, and somehow it works out pretty well. I like it.

As for the album, it's definitely better than the previous one. I think the songs that sound different than the typical AKB48 songs (Hate, Mariko's song, etc) are perceived as the best song on the album. Part of that may be because a lot of the songs on the album sound highly similar. You have ballads, the typical 'ponytail/iiwake' type songs and a couple that stand out.

The duets are awesome, the kenkyuusei get a chance to shine as well and Acchan's SnH make for a very nice album.

Does this album's sales surpass Koko ni Ita Koto's?

I think Maeda's graduation plays a very important role the album's sales, not to mention most of the songs on this album are awesome.

My favorite songs on the album :

Omoide no Hotondo : The piano intro made me feel dejavu, I feel like I've heard that before. I was kinda shocked at first of this song due to its length lol. This must be the longest AKB48 song to date, but after I heard the song, I realize that the structure is typical and that the length made me really enjoy these two great singers' performance
Scandalous ni Ikou : The song I've been waiting for a long time and I'm extremely happy it's great lol. It instantly popped into my head the first time I heard it. Don't know about you guys but the intro reminds me of a Green Day song lol. And also, I like that 'aww' part at the beginning lol.
Sakura no Hanabira : One side of me says this is absolutely great, I often repeat this song but on the other side, I have to say I'm kinda disappointed with this since I'm expecting more of this musically. I think that the leak of the song several days ago was only a preview and I didn't expect that leak make into the album.
Bokutachi wa Ima Hanashiau Beki Nan Da : Nice song. The part that I like most is Kashiwagi's vocal performance. It never ceases to amaze me. She really do have a great voice.
Iede no Yoru : I don't know what to say about this. It's simply a great song. Greatly represents the image of Team K. Can't wait to see the team performs this live. It'd be an absolutely awesome performance.

^Hmm, I think it's very unlikely that sales can ''surpass 2 million'' for the album.  Frankly, it will be a miracle if they can sell out the 1.5 million shipped.  But hopefully sales will top 1 million which will still be amazing.
