Crying can mean many things. Whether it is out of ill sadness or despair, or out of sheer glee and happiness, maybe even a reaction to sentimentality. It can also be a sign of something embarrassing and just terrible. Crying out of sheer orgasmic energy is also a possibility, the feeling you get when something just blows your mind.
So, which AKB48 (and or SKE48) make you cry? it doesn't have to be tears of being sad/emotionally mellow, it can be tears because the song is so AWESUM, that you jizz every time you listen to it. Another reason is maybe that certain song reminds you of something/someone that happened in your life. Or maybe you cried because of how awful a song was. Share and discuss.

Listening to "Anata ga ite kureta kara" wasn't so bad, but then watching the PV brought a tear or two :cry:

Many song of AKB48 which make me cry such as
Namida no Surprise, the first, I could not be understand the meaning of name why have to (namida) cry. But I have watched PV that make me cry, if I have a lot of friend try to surprise like PV. :heart: I'm very very happy and love my friends so much. Full of smile and "happiness" which is not affair, but true love.
10 nen sakura, this song makes me miss my friends so much. We never meet a long time ago, the meaning of this song was pharsed by PV.
Everyone have a dream which we could not be go together and seperate after high school. :cry: May be in someday. :thumbsup
and the both songs, I like Sakura no Hanabiratachi and Anata ga ite kureta kara which mean tolerance, attempt. Five years, they have attempted for dream.
Be impossible, the top of small show the building in akihabara, has the girls who have a dream. I am admire them, I would like to be success like them.

I'm also a sucker for the #1 at the Request Hour concerts. Team B's Shonichi getting #1 last year was so beautiful. Same deal with Rena's Kareha no Station getting #1 at SKE's concert: epic live version of the song by a teary Rena, then Aki-P comes out and Rena cries some more. I can't handle that :lol: but I guess these tears also qualify as tears of joy.
When Masa starts playing Hone Hone Waltz of Shiny Summer on the radio again, I also get tears in my eyes for very different reasons :lol:

Sakura no Shiori has made me sob on multiple occasions. Also, the performance of Shonichi from the 2009 Setlist 100 concert makes me cry, too.
If I'm in an emotional mood, Enkyori Poster and Namida no See-Saw Game's lyrics have made me cry. Not THAT often, but. Sometimes.

Without a doubt, the song 軽蔑していた愛情 (Keibetsu Shiteita Aijou / "Scorned Love" or "Love That I Looked Down On")- about bullying and suicide.
It still remains AKB's lowest selling single, but when you read the comments from listeners, in Japanese, English, and other languages, those comments show that the song has a way of bringing up profound memories and feelings of those who survived some very low moments, or those who know of someone who didn't.
Am really appreciative of the producers, song writers, and the members of AKB48 (some of whom were victims of bullying themselves) putting out this song about a sensitive subject.

I cried the first, IDK, 25 times I heard First Love. Then I cried with Keibetsu Shiteita Aijou. I even cried listening... oh, I don't remember another song... I tend to weep and stuff when I'm down listening to akb songs, when I thinking about some sort of feelings expressed in songs would never occur to me as a beneficiary.

I was watching the revival concert of K4, and of all the damnedest things: I got tears in my eyes during 16nin Shimai no Uta. :cry:

I almost cried during Boku dake no Value, but I held it in. It was one of the few times I liked the lyrics.

Yesterday I cried for first time during Anata to Christmas eve .. Sakippe and Yui were amazing. If you haven't seen it you should.
When I have right mood I can cry almost everything sad enough but here is couple:

Well, not really crying, but these songs really make me teary (even more so when I watch the vid):
Anata ga ite kureta kara - 'nuff said
Sakura no ki ni narou - It's all Acchan's fault, really. Her last solo lines near the end of song sounds like she's about to cry, and in turn it gets me teary-eyed as well.
Sakura no hanabiratachi - Another sakura song...
Nakeru basho - This was originally just an ok song imo, but then I saw the Shibuya-AX 2011 perf and yeah... Sayaka, Mochi, Yuttan and the rest of the girls make this really an outstanding song. One of my most favorite AKB perf. The bridge part is amazing.
Gondola lift - This one is just plain awesome. That instrumental part before the last chorus is :heart: Beautiful song, and an even more beautiful PV.
Sougen no kiseki - It's all fun and upbeat when Sayaka starts with the chorus followed by the first verse. But then Yuttan, Tomo~mi, Kana and Yuko step in to sing the refrain, and suddenly it becomes so emotional. After that they do the unit breakdown... Gah, I just love the old Team K!
Kareha no station - Rena's tearful rendition of this heartbreaking song at the 2010 SKE Request Hour was so raw, so emotionally-charged. A beautiful, cathartic moment for her.

JKT48 appearance at the recent Kohaku Battle, singing Aitakatta.....
first of all the song is so innocent, and the JKT48 girls flying to Japan to do this performance and they did so well. All very cute, adorable and innocent young girls, and the audience gave them warm cheering and applause.....it had to be a great experience for them. And the lyrics in Bahasa Indonesia (I assume they would sing in the national language, not one of the many other languages and dialects that are spoken in Indonesia)........pure magic.........
Yes, a manly tear crossed my cheek, glad to say it.

I'm not sure I've ever actually cried while listening to or watching AKB but I've felt sad sometimes.
夕陽を見ているか？/Yuuhi wo miteiruka?: This song gives me a weird feeling of nostalgia about better days that I can't really put into words.
虫のバラード/Mushi no ballad: The message of continuing on despite no one caring is something I can relate to.
森へ行こう/Mori he ikou: More a happy-sad sort of deal in that it eases my fears of getting older and reminds me when things get bad that life isn't always going to suck that much.

If anybody had ever told me that I would tear up during a performance of PARTY ga hajimaru yo, I would have said they were crazy. But, seeing those six girls on the stage at Tokyo Dome living out their dream, I couldn't help it.
Hell, I've had tears in my eyes through pretty much the whole Tokyo Dome concert, and I haven't even gotten to the 3rd day yet. :panic:
EDIT: I just finished watching the 3rd day, and I'm pretty sure my tear ducts are empty at this point. :cry:

A song that will always make me cry
Omoide no Hotondo - Atsumina
I really love the melody, and how well the lyrics suited the singers. More importantly, I felt like Acchan and Takamina conveyed their feelings very well through the song, which makes me will forever crying while listening to the song. And the fact that I'm Acchan's oshi and Atsumina's lover.

Me ga Itai Kurai Harete Iru by SKE KKS made me have a very good tears flowing from my eyes.
Ramune no Nomikata also made me cried a little with its lyrics.
And then there is Sore wo Seishun to Yobu Hi by SKE Tabidachi Sotsugyou-gumi. The song, PV, and the lyrics are awesome. I even felt ashamed (but not regret) to myself because of those and admire those 9 girls more than I already did.

In 10 days,it will be two years ago that the earthquake struck Tohoku...
Grateful to the AKB48 family and all of the other pop groups, entertainers,
talent agencies, who all organized fund raisers, visited the affected region,
etc. Of course there were the Tepco staff and others who risked their lives trying
to keep the reactor situation from getting even worse than it already was,
and the numerous individuals who lost their lives trying to save the lives of
others. So this song will always be a reminder of how precious life is...
Miyu Takeuch's introdution of Dareka no Tame ni was very touching as well:

What AKB songs make me cry the most senbatsu~ :P
#3. Yume no kawa. It's so sweet and heartbreaking becuase Acchan leaves. But, I only really cried once.
#2. Sakura no ki ni narou. When I saw the music video and learned the story, it brought me to tears instantly. :deco: I was able to calm down after a while.
and #1.
Nakeru Basho. I mean, it's too sad... I even cry when I sing it. :cry:
It's just so saddening, the lyrics.... T^T

There are a few AKB songs that makes me cry :
1. Dakedo, when I learnt the meaning of the song, suddenly my eyes become teary.
2. Yume no Kawa, Acchan's graduation song.
3. Anata ga Ite Kureta Kara, seeing the pv is enough to make me cry. Not to mention learning its meaning.

Eh~ There's quite a few songs that made me cry: I'm not easily breakdown by songs...
1. Kazanbai (by Kashiwagi Yuki), its meaning fits perfectly with my current situation

3. RIVER, its lyrics give me motivation and just made me cry

Basically there's a lot of AKB48 songs that makes me cry easily but these ones are phenomenals:
1. Nakeru Basho by DIVA from the single Beginner. Reminds me of my best friend who died a few years ago..
2. Gondola Lift from the single Kaze no Fuiteru. I play the music in my iphone every time I heard my parents fighting with each other. :cry:
3. Kono Namida wo Kimi ni Sasagu by NO NAME. Man, seriously crying once I knew the meanings.. Wishing that there's someone that also offer their tears to me..
4. Sasae from Team K's Third stage. Team K lovers, you get what I mean right? It's just heart breaking to hear the old team K's voices.
5. Boku Dake no Value by the Undergirls from the single Beginner. As a victim of bullying, I found this song cheer me up. Especially the reff..
6. Sakura no Ki ni Narou . Same reason with the first one but left much more deeper impression somehow.
7. First Rabbit. After hearing and cry about it, I just want to become the first rabbit. Listen to it every time I failed at something or feeling worthless..
8. Migikata by Maeda Atsuko / Takahashi Minami . reminds me of my best friend (again) that would offer her shoulder for me.. :cry:

Sakura no Hanabiratachi.....there is ending/closure....in the right time and place, it's a very emotional song.

First is Seishun to kidzukanai mama.. I wasn't cry but the lyric really got me.. It exactly how i live my school days and now i'm already an university student before i realize it.. The part you have reached the top of the stairs and you couldn't go back anymore that's the best part!!
Second of course it's sakura no hanabiratachi since i'm really understand how it felt when you must leave your highschool days and some of your friends are really far away and how carefree you are than now
And then Yume no kawa, when i watched acchan grad concert my tears just ran down my face without i realised it
Recently i just find out the meaning of Shonichi lyric and that's so beautiful
Afterall almost all of 48 group songs always have meaningful and sometimes encouraging lyrics that's why i love them very much
