hmmm... nope..she doesn't actually.. that why she burrow herself in work the first time.. but she just can't let go... and went after Reina again..and Reina had thought she had given up..so she was able to be close with her again... So probably we can't say Reina was 'heartless' too.. cause she did not know in the first place that Ai had once again go after her...

I think the gokkies used to call each other by first names when they first joined, but adopted nicknames soon after. I'm pretty sure I heard either Ai or Makoto call Risa 'Risa-chan' once. Though never flat out 'Risa,' unless you count that thing on Sina where the infamous Takagaki confession happened.
