I've been holding off posting and looking up too much about her graduation, but tumblr sort of forces it on you when you follow MM related blogs! ; I'm finding it hard to express how I feel about it...
I guess can clearly say now that I know what it is to be a fan- I've been around to see some auditions and I've seen 5 members graduate, and Ai's graduation has hit me the hardest.
I can't believe I used to dislike Ai when I first became a fan... after realising Yossie had graduated I remember I held this dislike for her because I didn't like that she sung her lines in concerts- childish I know, but I was a nooby 14 year old and didn't really know or like the current line up I was seeing. I later realised just how amazing she was, and gradually just accepted her as something the group needs, even though I may not really be a fan of her- she carried and led the group. About a year ago I realised I always wanted to buy her merchandise over my favourites, Sayu and Gaki. I liked her style in her blog pics, and her hair, she was so gorgeous- I wanted to look as pretty as her and I think, really, she's the reason I'm growing my hair out now after browsing oldish photos of her~
I really did get this feeling that suddenly, someone was really becoming my oshimen- I want to know all about her, see all her photos, watch all the concerts etc. etc.  but then her graduation was announced.... so I suppose I've just been waiting, watching this graduation creep up, and now it's happened it feels strange thinking how she won't be in any more concerts with Morning Musume. Now she may be harder to keep up to date with, and some of the things she does we might not get to see anything of, but I'll keep looking out for her, and I'll keep loving that voice of hers~

I still feel quite sad and weird about the fact that she's no longer in H!P but I'm sure that soon it'll seem like ages ago ;
Keep going Ai!! I hope she lands some great jobs/roles~~

thanks for posting the link Max san. Maimi, Captain, and Kanon Fukuda had nice posts about Ai's graduation. Kanon can remember as a little girl wondering who the new 5th generation would be, and can remember Aichan's audition song. She even comments how nervous she was taking a picture with Ai.

Congratulations on your GRADUATION!! Mad fuckin respects for holding it down at top of the H!P Mountain for so many years, you have grown INTO your own style and developed an entire INDUSTRY of aibutt followers. AI ON THE EDGE OF GLORY!!! Ready to take it to the next level!!

I comfess I battled alongside Rika with my fellow Aibutt fans Thimas and Stryfe, but it was all in good rivalry - there is nothing better than to gain respect and that's what you done aibutt. TONED DAT ASS and then some. Many would have folded under the pressure of being thrust into the spotlight from the very beginning but AIBUTT took the challenge and even tho at times not successful, Aibutt you never gave up. Kept on climbing new heights and NOW ON THE EDGE OF GLORY!!!!!

The way I felt about the maturation and elevation of Aibutt's game was "There Can Only Be One" Thread...explained more there, but you can't deny dem eyes of Ai I could not help myself and whip this up:



Here's to AIBUTT doing more shit and not just be groouped into Dream Morning Musume. Her solo works was rumoured (and did drop) but a fucking MAD RELEASE would be so good. It's going down. And every year a PB aight!! Rika needs a competitor for best ass in UFA

This is also dedicated to all the Hello! Project fans worldwide, whether on the internets overseas and in Japan, we speak the same language AIBUTT.
