The guy's name is Matsui Kenta (松井健太) if any of you are interested btw (yeah same last name lol!)
He's part of Shiritsu Ebisu Chūgaku a.k.a. Ebichu's Boy Department, which seems to be shortened as EBiDan (恵比寿学園男子部), & part of a sub-group called カスタマイズ (translate as "customize" I guess.) I must say the boy looks pretty nice, & I imagine Rena would be exactly like him if she was actually a boy lol! Their official site looks super simple to me thou. The only music video I found on them is also a not original lol, they performed Hare Hare Yukai, ending theme for The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi. Here's the vid.

I would be very interested in seeing these two Matsui-s acting in a drama together.
