When I Started:
How I Started: I started out in high school. I ran track and played volleyball. Out of high school I decided to hire a trainer and keep up with lifting weights. It wasn't till I was in school studying to be a Registered Nurse that I decided to become a personal trainer. I love helping people become healthy!
Why I Love It: I love working out because I love feeling strong, healthy, and focused.
How I Stay Motivated: I currently stay motivated by reading books to educate myself, taking continuing education certifications and seminars. I want to be current on the latest! I love to learn! I feel like I can't learn enough.
BB Accomplishments: Wow! I have so many! A few of them are winning the 2007 Ms. Bikini Universe and being sponsored by the best supplement company out there...GASPARI NUTRITION!!

I am proud to say that I am a Cooper Certified Personal Trainer. I completed the prerequisites for nursing school which gives me the opportunity to look at the body from a medical standpoint. I attend many seminars, classes and conferences each year in order to stay on top of the latest research and training methods. I am currently working on my Masters in Personal Training. How I Started in the Fitness Industry: I have always been into fitness since high school. I ran track and played volleyball. After high school, I decided to join a gym. I started with aerobic classes first, years later I decided to hire a trainer. This changed my life! I learned so much about the body from nutrition to lifting weights that it impressed me! I loved learning about the body that I decided to go to nursing school. I have always been into science and math, that nursing seemed right up my alley. I was three years into nursing school when I decided to transition from registered nursing to get certified to become a personal trainer. That is where I am now! I have finally found my niche! It took me a few years to figure it out, but that is what life is all about! I found my passion- helping others become healthy! I love changing lives for the best! I know that I will always be in the fitness industry!
My Newest Accomplishment and Dream Achieved: I just won the 2007 Ms. Bikini Universe title and Placed 3rd in Model Universe this year in Miami. 2007 September Natural Muscle, 2008 Iron Man Magazine, and 2008 March Fitness Magazine.
The Most Rewarding Part of My Fitness Job: watching my clients change and grow. They go from being in a rut, unhappy, and lost to what they should do. After weeks of training, motivation, and education on a healthy lifestyle … I watch them grow and change. What they learn in the gym, they learn to take it into their lives. I love getting thank you letters on being a great motivator! Watching them blossom makes me even more motivated!

My Lifetime Ambition: is to be happy and healthy in life in whatever I choose to do. I focus in the positive that life throws my way and embrace it! Life is too short not to enjoy. I want to conquer my fears and feel empowered by my own personal accomplishments in life. I want to help the world be a healthier and happier place one person at a time. It may take me an entire lifetime … but I try my best and do it with a smile on my face! I promise!
Hobbies: Anything active! Waterskiing, wakeboarding, swimming, biking, dancing, shopping, hanging out with my pups, traveling, and running local 5k’s for charity.
My mission is to educate my clients about exercise, diet and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to empower them to make the most of their abilities: through knowledge, direction and encouragement. I found out about her from her Playboy shoot, but after a little research found out who she is. I've been finding a good amount of stuff of hers over the past few days. She's definitely up high on my list.
