Ain't gonna lie, my Black Ops emblem is pretty sick. It used to be a really dumbed down Jack Frost from th Shin Megami Tensei games, but now it's the Sons of Anarchy emblem. Wish I could upload a photo of it, but imagine my playercard and the emblems on my guns having this emblem:

Ohh, I wanna see that Jack Frost Emblem!!!!

Started Shadows of the Damned yesterday and wooooooooooooah, it's so my type of game XD

Oh it wasn't anything special. It literally was just the face XD However! I looked online and someone far more creative then me made one. So now I'm using this!

Looks freaking sweet on my guns.

SOTD looks awesome! I should pick it up when I've finished a few games.

Think I need to take a break from Fist of the North Star for a while. It's still fun to play and there's still end goals in sight for me to continue with, but ever since I switched the difficulty to Hard it's kicked my ass on a number of occassions. I did a single playthrough of one of Toki's dream stages for 1hr 30mins, and when I finally get to Shin, the end boss, he manages to land a combo on me, a single combo, and it kills me. Meaning I have to replay it from the very start. And of course, playing it in Hard now means my pride won't let me change the difficulty again! XD So I'll rest for a bit. Even Kenshiro takes time to rest up. I think.

Don't forget the Xbox Live Summer of Arcade kicks off in earnest this week, with the arrival of Bastion

Looks really interesting, it got a very positive review on Eurogamer and seen lots of good stuff about it on Giant Bomb. Will listen to both site's podcasts tomorrow, will hopefully try out the demo as well, and I may just very well decide to buy it.

Lollipop Chainsaw sounds like Onechanbara. Hope it's a better looking and playing game than that! Looks pretty cool, cheerleaders are always good. Zombie killing cheerleaders even more so.

Bought Bastion. Very good so far, pretty interesting actually. The Stranger who narrates it all is neat. He commented on how I kept on smashing crates for potential loot like it was a part of the story  The graphics and the music is also really cool, I like it a lot. I encourage you all to try out the demo, it's free and it lasts a good long while too, maybe 20 mins into the story?

DUDE... :shocked

This is the first time in years I've been super-excited for an upcoming game.

And I just found out that HULK HOGAN will be voicing a character!

Only thing that would be better is if they got The Rock instead...still, this is setting up to be pretty epic.

I don't know what it is, but I can't get excited about the Saint's Row series in general.

You might not be so surprised but, Resident Evil 6 is happening.

^ Is it that your loyalty lies with GTA? :P
I have one friend who won't even give Saint's Row the time of day (his only argument is that it's a GTA ripoff...it gets quite annoying), and I have another friend who once appreciated GTA, but now shuns it in favor of Saint's Row.

I certainly prefer GTA, but it's not like I declare undying loyalty to it above anything else. In fact competition is welcomed as it makes better games at the end of the day. I don't know, played SRII it at a friend's house but I wasn't sold on it. Yeh it was customisable and crazy but I wasn't really into it.

Skip to 04:30 in this vid and listen to the most messed up gaming story you'll ever hear. It's amazing.

My two current wants are Catherine and American McGee's Alice: Madness Returns.

Launch trailer:

Good Game Review:

It's got everything about action/adventure RPGs that I originally loved. I can't help but be reminded of Halloween Town in Kingdom Hearts when I look at the gameplay. I believe it's already been released in Australia, which means it's out everywhere else.

For me, the customization and craziness are the main appeal points of the game...they're what sold me on GTA San Andreas (along with the urban street gang theme) and I feel like Saints Row 2 serves as the best spiritual successor to that vibe.

I'm a sucker for combining deep customization with unrealistic/arcade-style gameplay, though...I think my most played games in the past 10 years were Nintendo-exclusive wrestling games (namely No Mercy and Wrestlemania XIX), Need for Speed Underground 2, NBA Street v3, and NFL Blitz 2001 (which I even went back to for a short while last year to create a Morning Musume team).
