The trailer's pretty hilarious, so I have a feeling I'll like the movie (Indeed, poor Homer, haha)

The Simpsons has never been "embarassing" for me to watch, even after all these years. Then again, I don't really care about what people think about the things I enjoy. If I like it, I like it.

Aah, all the really awesome movies are still so far away ("300", "Harry Potter", etc)...

The recent Simpsons season we're awefull.. the first 10 seasons or so are pure gold.. I really hope the movie will be good..

I love futurama, but I don't want new episodes. The series are a complete whole and more episodes would only lower the value of the serie.. a futurama movie could be cool though.

Anyone now what the song is called in the beginning of the trailer? it's also in the original tetris..

I don't think the one you're talking about even aired full-time, because the idea was too horrible. I saw it, and yes it sucked.

But this 2007 Simpsons movie is an animated one, like the series.

For some reason, I just think that when I watch the movie, it won't be as good as watching Simpsons on TV - like they usually do when they turn successful series into movies.. like sometimes they try too hard and it all goes to crap..

But hopefully I'll be proved wrong in this case!!

I remember hearing quite a while ago that they would only ever make a simpsons movie when they were going to end the series. Now that one will be out shortly it makes you wonder how long they will go on for. I heard they are doing atleast one more season, but i hope its good, the past few haven't been that great.

I love the old episodes, like the frank grimes episode, or the one where they get trapped in the school, ahh fun times.

For those that might not have known.. I think from the preview they specifically said the movie took was it.. 18 years in the making?

I lost interest in Simpsons a few years back, but if my Friends want to watch the movie, I wouldn't mind watching it with them ^_^

If there's an outside chance this will revitalize The Simpsons from the retired and stale zaniness it is today to the way it was about ten years ago, then I hope this movie is a hit.
